Hey guys!
Feeling a lot better today, I can’t wait to get back in the gym tomorrow! I’ll go back in with upper first then we either do one day on, one day off this week, or might be fine to train lower on Tuesday. Will just assess daily.
Today we’ve had a day of sorting some things for baby girl, getting the pushchair & Moses basket up, washing some things for my hospital bag so I can pack this week then it’s done and can just focus on naths knees op and rehab until it’s time she comes 🙂

Happy Valentine’s Day!
Today feeling much better than what I was but still not good, it’s the cough that is just quite deep, but hopefully I should be back to myself soon!
Not the week or weekend we had planned but would have only prolonged my recovery if not.
We have managed to get some bits and bobs done in the house ready for baby girl coming, so it wasn’t so bad that we had to cancel plans. Another day of resting tomorrow and should be back in the gym on Monday!

Some physically don’t feel like they can eat too close post training so a shake would be good in this case before a post workout meal.

Still super ill which is getting annoying now as it’s my chest 😫 just keep having coughing fits, but hopefully should clear soon. I’ve literally only been leaving the house for a short dog walk in a morning and that is it to try and shake this as quick as possible! Luckily Nathan hasn’t caught and hopefully doesn’t as he has his op a week tomorrow. He needs to be fit and well for that.
I also weighed myself for the first time since a few weeks before Xmas and I am very heavy lol my heaviest off season scale weight was 184lbs I am 190.2lbs. So that’s exactly 25lbs weight gain at 8 months pregnant. I wonder if I’ll be 200lbs by the end of it lol

I think it works quite well to be in maintenance phase or fat loss during Ramadan.
I agree with haider here. Depending on what works for you and when you will prefer to train as I know some like to train just before iftar, then break their fast with post workout meal.
Start with fluid and electrolytes to break your fast. Then first meal high carb.
Then 3 more meals, last meal opt for something slower release with more fats placed here.

Another day of being ill, so resting, had to cancel some things today which I hate doing but really can’t be helped.
Tomorrow I should have been filming with a new posing coaching coming on board, but had to reschedule that too. Hopefully should feel much better tomorrow! But we shall see!
Other than feeling ill client check ins as normal, sorting some baby clothes and resting x

I know many have butter on their sourdough in a morning, if you want to use butter as one of your fat sources, there’s nothing wrong with 10g grass fed as long as you account for it

Today I have been super ill, coughing up all through the night so once client work was done I have just tried to rest.
We’ve had workmen here doing some painting and putting draws up in baby girls room so there’s only so much relaxing you can do. Hopefully a good sleep tonight and rest tomorrow I should be feeling better!

I always keep my step target & cardio seperate, unless it gets to the point in prep when I may just have a daily step target, and sometimes I would do some of these on the treadmill.

Hey guys!
Usual client work this morning and another rest day for me, I have gotten worse with the illness think it’s just a virus that’s going around. I had my midwife appointment this morning and they sent me to the hospital for growth scan and my blood pressure monitoring as I was measuring small and my blood pressure was high.
It seems to be an ongoing thing that I have high blood pressure at the hospital since my 12 week scan, they put the fear in me of getting preeclampsia , I’m glad they are thorough but luckily I always do at home anyway so I know myself it’s nothing to be concerned about.
Luckily after around 4 hours they sent us home. They have booked me in for another growth scan in 2 weeks but want me to go back in on Friday for BP monitoring.
My blood pressure this evening at home was 121/83 so I know it is just white coats.
Hopefully can shake this cough and lurgy soon too, but thankful baby is all good and moving nicely x

Rest day for me today, not sure if I’ve started coming down with something but started with sore throat and cough, supposed it would also explain the nap needed yesterday!
Lots of client work done, new starter plan sent out and getting organised.
I’ve also managed to sort some more of my stuff into wardrobes and draws. We have the nursery wardrobe coming on Thursday so hopefully once they are up we will feel more organised 😄

Rest day for me today, I’ve had some Skype and one to one posing clients first thing before heading over to a gym meet up,
It was lovely catching up with everyone.
This afternoon me and nath went to mcarther glen for a wonder around, then it was home for some housework and then I had a nap! I am not one to nap often and I havnt since first trimester but I felt super tired!
Then we have chilled with the dogs watching tv, ready for a busy week 🙂
