Firstly ensure you are changing your bed sheets regularly and shower as soon as you can after training etc.

You want to use a gentle sensitive no fragranced shower gel, along with an acne wash which has benzolperoxide in, or you could go down the route of taking acutane tablets, but ensure you look at side effects and don’t over wash if taking this.

Today I trained push at Jamie’s gym the giants lair as my friend was booked in for her bloods with Eval, so little road trip up there.

I’ve gone off eggs so will be changing my m1 and potentially some of my other meals so will post up my updated diet tomorrow 🙂

Hey guys.

Rest day for me today! I really like Sundays like today! Some house bits and cleaning early before we went for a long dog walk with nath, it’s a change walking when it’s light as it’s usually still dark when I walk them in a morning, both dogs bathed and clean.

Some client programming, more house bits than this afternoon I have been at a baby shower which was lovely.

This evening we have chilled watching a film called the ambulance, good watch 🙂

Today I went to RT fitness, Ryan’s gym and it was great to see how it has turned out.

Met my friend there and we had a great glutes session, got a really really good connection on everything today! Which was needed! So I’m going to keep that exercise order of todays session for my future Fridays glute session 🙂

Tomorrow posing clients, training and a meal out for a friends birthday! Looking forward to that!
