Today I took a rest from training as I had pole this evening, so trying not to do my training sessions on the same day as pole.

Client work, and lots of housework done today.

I’ve done all my Christmas wrapping too, just a few bits that are getting delivered tomorrow, then I’ll be all done and dusted and ready for Christmas 😃

This is definitely person dependent. Many find they digest rice much better than pasta, but if you enjoy it and it digests well there’s nothing wrong with using pasta as your carb source

Rest day for me today! Felt a little smashed from legs yesterday, but a steady morning and a nice dog walk 😃

Today we went to ultraflex derby to support the charity day for Shane, it’s so so sad 🙁 but he’s so positive!

I trained legs and had a really good session!

This evening I have been to see some friends and then we went out for our Christmas night out 😃😃

Happy Friday 😃 usual dog walkies this am and client work.

Then it was nail appointments and some errands for me before training.

I found eating closer to training helped me not feel sick throughout, not been sick since Wednesday so that’s good!

This evening me and nath went to shopping outlet for some bits and a wonder to get out the house and some fresh air 😃

My update from yesterday as couldn’t manage to get on to post. Yesterday was rest day for me.

Usual client work etc in the morning, then we drove up to Newcastle to see some friends and their new born. She is adorable! Nathan fed and burped his first baby, she’s tiny only 3.5 weeks old, but it really sunk in that soon we will have a little girl just as tiny!

Hope everyone has had a great day! My morning started pretty crazy with sickness 😅 but luckily managed to get my work done before heading over to pick Emma up as I took her to Manchester to watch Tina turner for her birthday!

Just got home and in bed, super late night so hopefully I’ll not feel too bad tomorrow.

Looking forward to actually getting in the gym and having a good session tomorrow 😃

Today our friends was leaving to go back down south to see their family for Christmas. It was so lovely having them here and catching up, not doing anything planned really just chilling, training, working the usual but with them here 😃

Client work as usual, then it was time to train, but I was struck with bad sickness again, it seems like she doesn’t like Mondays 🙈 I might start trying to train after meal 1 some days as that seems to be quite a good window once I’ve first eaten to not feel sick, but I suppose it’s different every day 🙈

Did some posing with pheebs this morning, then we went for a nice dog walk. There was a 10k on in the village so we cheered them on!

This afternoon me and Nathan went to a family party, my nephew is 1 so that so cute!

This evening we have done some steps and then chilled on the sofa with the dogs.
