Hey guys,
A sad but lovely day today. We went to pay our respects to a loving man today. Funerals are so sad but the ceremony was lovely, sharing some beautiful memories.
Today was also a rest day and my body is feeling very much battered, so a nice hot bath and early night today ready for a busy day tomorrow ๐

Today was leg day, and I was feeling much stronger! Increase on every single exercise!
My glutes and feeling very heavy now when I walk, so hopefully there is some quality tissue building underneath.
Rest day tomorrow which will be much needed ๐

I hope you feel better soon! Run with you rest day food and focus on hydration, recovery, and ensure you are taking all your supplements.
May I also ask how come you do your 25min cardio before your session? Is there anyway you can change this to further away from your workout for recovery purposes? ๐

Hey Benjamin! I fully agree with everything clare and Rhea have suggested.
Imagine if you had a car with little to no fuel and you start driving, it will soon run out. Now transfer this over to your nutrition, food is your fuel and is what will be fuelling your workout. If your nutrition and hydration are poor this will be affecting your workout and the energy you have throughout the session will dip.
Could you still meal prep at home the evening or early in the morning before school? This will help hugely!

Hey guys!
Today I trained upper 1 , I really felt in my grove tonight. I am getting a much better connection in my back exercises too which is great!
I changed prime pin loaded rear delt row to low cable pulley rear delt row with a gym pin attachment and D handles and this was very nice! I much prefer the connection here in comparison, so this exercise will be staying ๐
Overall had a fantastic session, was super happy with my lifts.

Today was check in day. I think kuba is happy but we know I need more muscle in the right areas. I know I am in a much better position now compared to last off season, so I am super confident we will be setting ourselves up for an even better prep ๐
Also a busy day of check ins and posing admin. Then I hit legs.
Had a fantastic session! I was up in reps or weight on every single exercise, I think Iโm going to be going to bed with twitching glutes still!
This year I will have more glutes ??

There are always going to be times where it is uncomfortable and you may have to take a few deep breaths, but it should never be to the point where you are screaming.
Next time make sure the therapist is aware of how much pain you are in, and I hope this experience hasnโt put you off having treatment.

I hope everyoneโs had a great weekend!Took a rest day today as iโve had a girls day in London for a friends birthday treat.
We set off early on the train and have been to watch the show Mary Poppins with some amazing food.I love girl time so had a fantastic day ๐

Have you maxed out other avenues before considering anavar?
Like Kamara and Hilly states, with any PED there are risk, and also be aware that every single PED can affect an individual differently.
There is a lot of information out there now around females PED use, especially compared to a few years ago.
In my experience I definitely feel fuller on anavar, body composition changed, and I always find performance and recovery is much better. Generally, I loose my cycle when on anavar, but this is usually down to my body fat being low whilst of prep.

Hey guys! Hope everyoneโs having a great weekend!
Today was upper day, the session went
– Atlantis shoulder press
– Nautilus single arm row
– Prime seated lateral raise
– Reverse pec dec
– Prime upper back pull down
– Lying cuffed lateral
Then an add on from todays session was a banded scapular retraction to failure. Kuba added this in today to help strengthen my upper back as Iโve got a left winged scapular on my left side, which also causing my shoulder to internally rotate.Today was the first session I felt a little fuller from the assistance, so looking forward to the next few weeks on cycle.

Happy Friday guys! I hope everyone is well.
Rest day for me today, which fell nicely as not feeling 100% today, thereโs lots of lurgys going around this time of year so hopefully after a nice hot bath and good sleep tonight I should feel fine tomorrow.
I have increased Vit c, vit d, and added in glutathione and zinc to increase my natural immune system ๐
