    Your body is like a sponge post show. I would continue in a deficit until you get back down to stage condition, then start your reverse from there

    Usual client work this morning before my mum came round for an hour πŸ˜ƒ

    Then I went to meet Emma my friend, we had a good catch up and got some steps in.

    Busy Monday of client work! Not sure if I’ve picked the lurgy up from my friend who was ill last week but wasn’t feeling too good so took an extra rest day. Will see how I feel in the morning. Usually I would push through, but learning to listen to my body πŸ™ˆπŸ˜…

    This evening me and nath nipped to Tesco for some bits and bobs, then just got organised for tomorrow

    Hey! You can get sleep studies done to see if you have sleep apnea or not. But some come back inconclusive due to it being quite hard to sleep like this.
    But I don’t know anyone who hasn’t made heaps of progress since wearing a cpap with sleep apnea

    I don’t think any of us on the team here will of tried or know anyone who has tried this diet set up.

    If you are having issues with you gut you need to get to the root cause of it.

    This may be through intolerance tests, process of illumination of food sources, following a low FODMAP Diet.

    A lovely Sunday! Usual client work this morning and a nice dog walk as the sun is rising πŸ™‚

    Then me and nath headed over to Manchester for a spot of shopping then we met Oscar for Sunday lunch and a lovely, well over due catch up! It was so nice πŸ˜ƒ

    This evening just a chilled one with the dogs getting organised for a busy week πŸ™‚

    Today I had off from one to one posing clients which was a nice change!

    Client work and programming this morning with some house work then I went to train legs with nath πŸ™‚

    I did some of naths session which was

    Cable curl super set tricep extensions

    Seated ham curl

    Leg ext

    Leg press

    Adductors

    Abductors

    I’d already done single leg press earlier on in the week so just swapped 2 exercises.

    Then food shopping top up.

    This evening we have chilled with the dogs and watched equalizer 3, such a good film!

    Took a rest day today after pole, just steps and 20 mins cardio with some stretching, then tomorrow is leg day!

    Had a busy morning of one to one posing clients before some client programming.

    This evening we have been to Nathan’s god child’s 16th birthday party!

    I do different bits of mobility before certain sessions. I usually do my foam rolling and lower back mobility with cardio & posing πŸ™‚

    Today was my rest day but I had a private pole class this evening which was super good!

    Lots of one to one and Skype posing clients again today, some are in peak week for their first ever comp this weekend which is super exciting!!!

    It’s come around so fast 😁😁😁

    This evening after pole I went to see my friends as one of my friends has been travelling and she’s back in the UK for the weekend πŸ™‚

    Hey Jack!

    You’ll find that recovery will be a touch slower still, so work at MeV for a few weeks as calories are increasing and output is getting reduced, with leaving 1-2 RIR.

    Then take your sets to failure once recovery feels like a good spot, then assess volume if needed.

    You will still be hungry for a few weeks, so it is important to stick to your set up in your reverse so you are able to have a successful push up phase.

    Super busy day of client work then 9 one to one and Skype posing clients, all either in peak week and getting close to their peak week! So it’s exciting!
