Hey guys!
Upper body for me today!
Usual client work this morning and dog walk with nath followed by my one to one posing clients.
Trained a touch later today to get an extra meal in, then I fell asleep on the sofa when I got home, which is not like me! But been feeling more tired than normal so just allowing my body to rest a little more.
The holiday next week has come at a perfect time ๐

No cardio today as I had quite a lot on yesterday so Nath just wanted me to do steps today ๐
Iโve had a shoot with some clients in Stockport, something super different! Was a water one! Was nice to look back at some of the pics and actually like them even with off season body! So happy with that!

Hey guys!
Today I trained legs with nath, but it was pretty hams & glute focused in comparison to his other session.
Currently just running devolume for a short phase, then hopefully will be back to training full out soon ๐
This evening I went pole Dancing, but it was quite a steady one in comparison to my privates recently!
Tomorrow I am doing a shoot which I am very unorganised for, sometimes these ones come together the best ๐คฃ

A busy day of client work, new starter set ups and some admin bits.
I also went to see my friends this afternoon, then one to one and Skype posing clients this evening ๐

Hey buddy.
You will find that towards the back end of diet the wonโt be any pbโs and itโs just a case of trying to match / hold performance whilst still being smart and sensible.
If needed you could go to 1 working set on pendulum / hack squat & leg press,
Try running devolume, either take some consecutive rest days then return back to the gym, or reduce the volume to 1 working set and usually back off set load to give the CNS a little break too.
Personally prefer a few consecutive rest days.
The peaking process is very individual and it also depends on the level of condition you have achieved and also how depleted you are. Because if you are peeled and super depleted, more than likely you will be wanting to hold at least a couple of lbs/kgs depending on how big the athlete is. Majority of shows in carb up I go up 4-5lbs then drop a lb or so night before show. But again every show is so different

This morning in person posing clients and in person check ins before I went pole dancing for private session.
Was a great session!
This afternoon we had a family bbq and party for mine and my brothers 30th which is coming up soon ๐ we had a bouncy castle for the kids so it was pretty mental, but all fun and games. ๐๐

Hey buddy you can get egg white cartons from the supermarket. But even if you was getting rid of the yolks, you would still be weighing out the egg whites until you have the amount needed ๐

For a change I had today off from posing clients due to other commitments, but it was so lovely.
Best friends kids party, great to catch up with everyone!
Then itโs was glutes and arms for me, I joined in arms with Nathanโs session so that was nice!

Personally I always find I am the hungriest later on in the day so taking carbs out breakfast first never seeโs any hunger issues at all

Well done on the hard work so far!Unfortunately we canโt really put a time frame on this as this is so individual. Genetics, work ethics etc. but you just have to set yourself some goals, get started, continue being consistent and you never know what might happen ๐
