Hey guys!
Usual client work this morning m, itβs been rest day for me today! I was supposed to have pole dancing but just felt like I needed a full rest day.
Busy day of posing clients too then I met my friend for an hour in town for a spot of shopping π

What carb sources do you like and find digest well for you?
Have you got daily macros from both training and none training day so we can help advice you on your set up.
Think around planning your highest carb meals around your training window, example if you had 100g carbs pre, 30g carbs intra, 120g carbs post you only need to make up another 150g throughout the remainder of your meals.
If you are struggling with rice, potatoes, pasta, cor, oats, utilise snack a jacks & honey / jam, fruits, dates, dried fruit. Etc.

Usual client work first thing. It was Rest day for me today, but I met my friend this morning and we did Pilates, was fun, something different π
This afternoon got some admin and errands done then we went to see drake, just got home! Going to be a little sleepy tomorrow! But was so good! Luckily we had a really good VIP area so was really nice, no mosh pit haha

For your age you want to be making sensible food choices, eating a good balanced diet.
I know many will have been competing in some form of competitive sports so will have been eating well due to this.
If you are holding too much excessive body fat, it may be a case of increasing your expenditure.

Hey guys,
We stayed over last night at the hotel, but this morning up super early headed to the gym when it opened and then finished off with sauna and steam room π
We got home this afternoon, sorted through some client work, meal prepping, food shopping, a lovely dog walk, then chilling with nath and ready for an early night π

Agree with Haider here. When I first started Pting, I was always at the gym, there speaking with members, training some friends at peak times, I also put business cards on the cardio equipment etc.
I know it can be harder for some that others when first starting out as a pt, but be approachable, friendly and lead by example

Hey guys,
Client work done super early before we headed to train and get it done. It was glutes & side delts for me today!
Then it was time to get ready and head to the wedding. We arrived at the hotel to get changed before going to the venue. Itβs been a lovely day!
Catching up with some faces and enjoying a nice day and some food with people, weβve just been chilling in the hotel room ready for a good sleep π

This afternoon Iβve had some appointments & nais. Then I met my friends for an hour before coming home and getting the house sorted, washing, meal prep all organised for tomorrow as we are at a wedding π

This can happen to some individuals, not most as majority find hunger is super high at the back end of a diet.
But if stress levels are elevated it can go the opposite way.
Because you have been struggling with bloating and stomach issues I would maybe seek professional advice. Have you had any antibiotics recently? They can upset stomach flora and may need some probiotics.Instagram: phoebegoodwin1
