    Hey guys!

    Rest day today!

    Early morning of client work and Nathan had in person check in with a client so saw them then headed for my hair done. Takes very long so always take my laptop and get some client programming and admin done whilst I am there!

    This afternoon lots of one to one and Skype posing clients, then cleaned the house looking forward to waking up to being nice and clean!

    Hey! Training day food should be higher as there is more demand, this will help fuel your sessions and recovery. You’ll find what calorie difference works for you, usually around 300-500kcal difference for most but everyone is different

    Rest day for me today! First Sunday in a long time I’ve taken off from posing clients and was just what I needed!

    Coaching client work all done this morning and a lovely dog walk with Nathan!

    This afternoon I went to a pole class, something different but loved it!

    This evening we watched the accountant 2, it was soo good! Then just got organised for the week!

    Hey! With her being in a deficit for a while now, I’d be looking to increase baseline diet gradually, focus on ensuring training performance stays good, then return back into a dieting phase if needed.

    Busy day in the studio today with Skype and one to one posing clients!

    This afternoon I went to train glutes, has a good session! Really good connection which I am really happy with!

    This evening Nathan came home from Scotland and we’ve chilled with the dogs and watched boxing 😄

    Check in with nath this morning he’s happy with how’s things are looking to say we just tidying things up. Still 1 x off plan per week

    Rest day today lots of posing clients and this evening I went to an inversions class at pole dancing and I tried hoop for the first time!

    Inversions are much neater and stronger with I’m very happy with!

    Rest day for me today! Usual client work first thing before I had some one to one posing clients.

    I then met my friends for a coffee and saw the babies! Which was so lovely!

    This afternoon more posing clients and then I went to a dance class this evening! Wasn’t bad actually!

    Hams & glutes today with Chlo, a great session! Some PB’s across a few exercises today which I was buzzing about!

    I then met my friend Emma this afternoon in Meadowhall for some shopping and this evening me and Nathan went to the cinema to watch amateur, it was sooo good!!!

    Now home and bed 🙂
