Rest day for us today as we travelling home, just got home, dogs went mental 😅
So just made our last meal and chilled with the dogs and got sorted 🙂
Long day but good that you can get WiFi on the flight so just got lots of work done which was good!

Hey guys,
Our 3rd consecutive rest day here so we will be back feeling fully refreshed, rested and ready to fall back in line with our training 🙂
My glute has felt much better since the slight pull back of training set up since being here, which sometimes I don’t realise I need until I have it.
Today we went for breakfast then cycled around the marina, food prep, then this afternoon a few hours on the beach before last evening in the marina. Got back home nice and early so could pack and get sorted for tomorrow 🙂

If you get a good connection with them I don’t see why not. They wouldn’t be my first choice but there is nothing wrong with adding them in if you are wanting a little more volume in the biceps too

Rest day today!
We’ve had a great day! Nice and early we was in the desert doing a safari with dune buggy’s, quad and in a discovery Land Rover! Anything fun and slightly dangerous I love haha
We got back did some food prep, then head down to the beach for a couple of house 🙂
This evening we have been out to a nice Greek restaurant on JBR beach x

As much as you may want to train you need to rest. Resting and recovering is just as important as the training session, especially if you are looking to see progress!

Hey guys,
Rest day for us today, we’ve had a lovely day. We went to a place called kite beach, there was lots of runners, cyclist and fit individuals!
We met nice and early some friends for breakfast and we then spend majority of the day on the beach and walking. This afternoon we came back to the beach near us for some relaxing!
This evening we went out for a lovely meal on the marina 🙂

Hey buddy,
It is common for us to see a sticking point in scale weight due to many variables, stress, sleep, inflammation from training, etc. have you seen any visual changes recently over the last 2 weeks?
Scale weight is a good indicator, however there is no better way to track progress than you visuals.
If you haven’t seen any visual changes over the last 2 weeks I would be looking to make a change in expenditure by increasing your steps / adding in LISS cardio.

Client work, coffee shop and steps this morning then I trained glutes in the apartment gym.
Todays session went as below
Glute med kickbacks x3 superset with Bulgarian split squats x3
Hip thrusts variation x3 superset with hyper x3
Glute med kickbacks x3
Abs
This afternoon we went to a beautiful beach club overlooking the sea, met up with some friends and just enjoyed our time there relaxing 🙂
This evening we went to JBR beach and went to the cheesecake factory 🙂

We went to JBR beach today but only lasted an hour as too many tourists lol so we headed back to the private beach on the apartment which is much more peaceful 😅
This evening we have been for a walk on the marina and a lovely Turkish meal 🙂

Hey guys,
Client work first thing this morning, it’s great as we are 4 hours in front of UK time so all check ins done before clients woke up. Then we went for a walk for a coffee and steps , followed by training this morning.
Today I did posterior, we only trained in the apartments gym, wasn’t loads of kit, but the kit the had was hammer strength, so fine to do what we needed. Won’t be hitting any PB’s but still getting our training in 🙂
This afternoon we went for a lovely walk down the marina and coffee.
A few hours on the beach, followed by going to see the Dubai fountains and a lovely Turkish meal watching the fountains!
25k steps later, fine for me, but big nath may struggle 😅
