    Hey guys,

    First full day back home and a busy one!

    All caught up on clients and new starter plans sent out ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป

    Athens mentally and physically reset me, was just what I needed ๐Ÿ™‚

    An afternoon of one to one posing clients, some great sessions ๐Ÿ˜

    Followed by glutes

    Kas kickbacks

    Hip thrust

    45 degree hyper

    Abductor

    Adductor

    This evening Iโ€™ve also had pole, I usually pole on rest days but Iโ€™d booked the wrong class so just swapped to my least demanding session today so it didnโ€™t affect my recovery too much ๐Ÿ™‚

    Today was our travelling home day from Athens, it felt like a very long day!

    Once home this evening straight back to laptop work, washing, and getting the house sorted!

    Will take me a little while to get back onto of everything but will just have to space it out so things gets done without taking a full day ๐Ÿ˜…

    Hey guys,

    Our last day here in Athens, first part of the days was a leg session of course ๐Ÿ™‚

    Followed by an afternoon of steps, coffee and a beach visit. We stayed until sun set, it was cold, but canโ€™t beat the sea and how peaceful it is!

    This evening we have been getting packed up for our flight tomorrow morning ๐Ÿ™‚

    Hey guys,

    The gyms was closed today, itโ€™s crazy they open really late Monday – Friday, even later on a Saturday and closed Sundays! The trip we had planned to train at the new UF but unfortunately it hasnโ€™t opened yet but never mind!

    So a nice walk and coffee this morning before we went to visit the acropolis! Was a little overcast so it was nice temp!

    Followed by more site seeing and coffee, then we went to the illusion museum.

    It then has been raining badly so some client work in the apartment before me and Emma went out for a beautiful steak meal ๐Ÿ˜

    Looking forward to legs tomorrow now!

    I agree with Allison here. The off season set up regarding nutrition and training will be the same as all the other classes in terms of adherence, consistency etc. Spend time in a calorie surplus. There may need to be more of a push up of body weight and calories in the off season, but again every athlete this may be totally different. Adapt the exercise selection and training split based on feedback of areas to improve.

    Are you asking what PED protocol should you put your client on? Because without seeing your clients bloodwork, physique pictures etc this isnโ€™t something we can just recommend as there is no one cycle that fits all, but be sure to limit exposure and length of duration on cycle and please make sure your client is getting frequent blood work, not only when not in cycle but during too.

    Hey guys,

    A lovely day of site seeing today ๐Ÿ˜

    We walked around near we are staying this morning for a coffee and breakfast smoked salmon poached eggs on muffins. We then went to the marble stadium, it was unreal to think this was where they held the first ever Olympic Games. It was so good to see!

    We then had another coffee stop before we went to the beach. Had a dip in the sea, was rewarding as it was cold ๐Ÿ˜…

    Then some more steps down to the marina and another coffee pit stop and relaxed โ˜บ๏ธ

    This evening me and Emma are just going to get some food near us before an early night as we are going to see the acropolis first thing before it gets busy.

    Hey, I would take a full rest day for sure, if you add biceps pre lower and triceps into your upper session then adjust volume as needed, this should be more than plenty

    Hey guys,

    Today I travelled to Athens with Emma, we had an early flight which all went smoothly, the baggage etc took a while but we arrived late afternoon, went for a little walk for coffee and supplies, then went to meet our friend ๐Ÿ™‚

    Weโ€™ve had a lovely evening site seeing and enjoying a lovely Greek meal in a rooftop bar, it was stunning view! Now home in bed ready for a fun day tomorrow ๐Ÿ™‚

    Hey, if your finding that you are hungrier later on in the day you could have pro fats as meal 1, then the carbs you can move to later on in the day.

    Have your cereal and whey post workout, then your chicken & pasta as your post post

    Hey, it is more common for athletes to have a one leg slightly smaller than the other. I would firstly be going to see a physio or sports therapist to see if you have any deeper issues, or just general deep tissue work needed. I would implement a good hip mobility and activation plan prior to your session.

    Potentially you would benefit from slightly higher volume on the weaker leg too? Trial it and see how you get on ๐Ÿ™‚
