    Hey guys,

    Rest day for me today, client work and dog walk this morning then I went for my pole dancing class, it was a really good class. Getting stronger and learning new tricks everytime I go which is great.

    This afternoon one to one posing clients, and Skype clients

    Magda my friend also came round for a catch up and a coffee which was so lovely 😄

    Hey guys,

    Hope everyone has had a great day!

    Today I was supposed to go and see Oscar for my glutes session but we had some electricians round today and they ended up being 4 hours later than expected so I couldn’t go, still a good session when I trained later on this afternoon. Hams & glutes.

    Feeling much more homly by the week with things getting put up etc now 🙂

    Hey, awesome work!
    If training and performance is still ok I would continue for maybe another 2 weeks or so, then start to gradually bring calories up.

    Depending on where they finish you may want a bigger initial bump up, then will be just small adjustments from there

    Hey guys,

    Rest day for me today, usual dog walk and cardio this morning followed by client check ins. I’ve then had my niece this morning I took her to the park and then to a coffee shop with my friends before heading home for one to one posing clients.

    This evening new starter set up and client programming, getting the house organised for the electricians coming round tomorrow 🙂

    I agree with the guys above here, some don’t see any detriment at all, as long as they have enough rest days before that muscle group again they are recovered and don’t see any detriment to their sessions

    Hey guys,

    Usual dog work and client work this morning.

    Today was leg day and trained at s20, a really good session! Strength is good and connection in the glutes is good so it’s what we want 😁

    This evening we have had Nathan’s uncle round it was lovely to catch up 🙂

    Nice Sunday for me! Usual dog walkies, deep house clean, one to one posing clients, private pole class which I loved! Starting to remember moves now from session to session which is nice!

    Hey buddy, I agree with Oscar here so a slight change to exercise order, some individuals also find they prefer to start their lower session with a hamstring isolation exercise before going into compound work. Again this is preference so I’d try both and see which works the best for you.

    Have you been to see a specialist or sports therapist yet? That should be your first point of call, rest up then put together a training session where you can adapt and work around the injury without causing any aggregation until it is healed and recovered.

    Today lots of one to one posing clients, all first timers who will be competing at some point this year, which is so exciting!

    Hey, I agree with the guys above here, I tend so start with reducing calories from fats but always make sure they don’t go too low, unless really really need to. Increase your movement through steps or cardio, if you aren’t currently doing any cardio at all, you could add in 20mins on rest days & increase steps by 2k a day example.

    Hey guys,

    Client work this morning and dog walkies, then is was hams & glutes for me today!

    Took a little longer for my left glute to fire up, so just spent some more time doing activation and mobility before my session, then was fine!

    This evening I have had a new starter call then been to see friends and out for a birthday meal.

    It was a lovely Italian restaurant, I had a fish platter with vegetables and sauted potatoes, it was delicious!
