Today was our fly day!
We had a morning of client work and going to the spa before we did some steps and wondering then headed to the airport.
These trips are always full on but I wouldn’t change anything!
Had so much fun! Ready to get back into routine though now!

A morning of client work, followed by a lovely day site seeing with nath.
Lots and lots of steps, nice food and just spending time together.
Tomorrow we fly home so we are going to use the spa and then head to the airport 😁

There can be many variables that can affect a look, even if a trial peak has been done. Stress, environment, sleep, how long has the athlete been on prep etc.
You have to have a good eye to see the difference between flat , soft, full, dry, washed out, etc. and this comes with experience and being good at your job as a coach.
But to the normal person the athlete will look amazing because they should do with their sheer size and tissue. But a coach will be able to see past the muscle and size and know if the athlete is 100% their best or not.

Hey guys!
Super long day today at the show! There nice and early to help Antonia my friend get sorted backstage in her bikini, pulled, glazed etc. then we stayed all day watching the pro show!
We did go and train in between pre judging and finals, I was like 😩 it seems like when my body is tired I am sick, it’s like a sign telling me to slow down lol
The finals was fantastic! We then went for steak afterwards, but it’s not the same having well done steak! Ready for a rest day tomorrow and we will go in the spa and do some site seeing after work 🙂

First day at the expo and show! It’s been a long day!
We got there early and then we went to train legs after pre judging which was good!
This afternoon we went back for finals and watched the open pro pre judging. We had such good seats it was great!!!!
A late night but worth it. Back early in the morning to help a friend back stage get sorted in figure pro , exciting! 🤩

I really do like upper body split. If you feel like FB has taken you to where you need, the only way of seeing if you prefer upper lower is trying it and see. Adjust your volume as you go

Touch down in Prague. Luckily quite a smooth travel day and we managed to get some work done in the airport.
Once we landed and all checked in we met Luce and Richie, had a look at Richie then went for a walk to get some food. A burger and chips went down super easily!
Tomorrow is the amateurs so we will watch Richie then go and train legs 😁
Sunday is the pro show, can’t wait!

I always do raw uncooked. When bulk cooking you will need to re weigh the cooked weight then divide by however much you need. You are always going to know the exact amount if correct if weighing out raw

You could start by adding in 20mins LISS rest days ensuring HR is 120-130bpm, on bike, cross trainer etc

Some prefer steps, some prefer cardio, some use both as they are both great ways to track expenditure.
Personally I’d adjust calories lower and pull steps down a touch. Unless you naturally hit 20k steps easy due to high steps count at work. Or add in rest day cardio
