But I would recommend for all athletes that if you are wanting to grow and develop your physique you do need to factor in growing phases and time spent in a surplus whilst getting strong in the gym.

Busy day today, usual client work, then I have been shooting with my friend, I didn’t realise it was going to be a full day think, didn’t have enough meals on me I was starving! Did basically a hike in the peaks to get to a certain woodland, then a different location for some water shots, but she appreciates me going 😅

Hey Jack,
Until you know what your blood work is you won’t be able to pin point it. Fats have increased which is good, but make sure not unnecessary calories coming from eating off plan as this can also affect your hormones and blood work in this current reverse phase.

Usual dog walk this morning and in person client check in.
Then it was a morning of one to one posing clients before heading for my hair done. It’s a long appointment when having it coloured, but worth it 😅 this evening we have been for a lovely meal with some friends, it was a surprise meal, so even more special 😁

if this is part of your LISS cardio, I would be aiming for HR 120-130bpm, but this may vary for each individual.

Client work this morning and very stormy dog walk 😅
Then it was training this morning before an afternoon of one to one and Skype posing clients.
This evening I cleaned the house then me and nath went to watch the smashing machine, it was sooo good! Best film that’s come out recently, highly recommend!

If there’s not an option to go to a different gym close by, try training at a different time. Or if that doesn’t work you may need to ask if you can work in with someone else on the kit you need

Rest day from training today but I was my semi private pole class tonight. Trying to make sure I don’t do pole on training days just so I’m not smashed recovery wise 😅
Busy day of posing clients and client work. Managed go deep clean nearly all the house, some last bits tomorrow 😁

You can get salt spoons off Amazon and it makes life easy for just spreading on each meal. Keep this consistent and do one spoon per meal

Upper body for me today and a morning of posing clients.
The little break from 3 lower sessions is giving me a little longer to recover and hopefully allow my glute to recover quicker then we’ll be back to 3 lower sessions 🙂
I did smith press today as the machine I usually go on was taken, but I forgot how much I love smith press! Maybe this can stay in 😁

Rest day for me today 😁
Client work this morning before some appointments then back home to finish some more work.
Me and nath went for a nice dog walk this afternoon then I went on an organsing missions and started getting rid of loads of clothes. I have different piles, some for friends, some for family, some for charity and a selling bag (that I will probably never sell) I used to be so good as selling things on eBay when I was younger, but now I just give away😅

Hey buddy, I think you was definitely ready for a rest as it can take some many weeks to recover post show.
I’d also be inclined to just do steps on a few days also.

I haven’t personally used it, but Nathan and some of the others on the site have had extremely good response from it.
You don’t want to push the dosage so it stops you from being able to eat. I would recommend micro dosing either 3 x a week, or daily. So start low and use it to help with food noise.
