Whats good.
83,1kg/183.2lb this morning. Rest day today with a great 3 days of PPL this week. Progressing well and execution in great spot. Recovering great so still aiming to always push better.
Got great feedback with this weeks check in so i am chuffed. Filling Up Nicely.
We have actually got our Official Prep date start. 26th Feb 2026.

Keep total dosage same test only
12.5 aromasin x3 per week will do job if you are on leaner side, higher bf higher conversion of Estro
to add to this, i would recommend first adding in the test and unless it’s a short esther wait a little (rougly 2-3 weeks for me) to add in the aromasin otherwise you’ll be crushing your estrogen

I genuinely have no idea , I can only talk for myself and when I’m this weight , I need more I know that . You live in your body , so I’m guessing you should be able to work it out the same way I can when I assess how I feel on more / less sleep ?

I would like to give my input here with my reasoning.
You could easily run a Torso, Limbs Rest repeat split.
Torso you could start with back, then delts, then chest as then you are starting with the weaker upper body muscles in your physique and moving onto the stronger ones, for limbs you could start with arms and then do low volume lower.
So something like
Torso:
2x wide grip pulldown
2-3x upper back row
2x sagital plane lat movement
2x shoulder press
2x lateral
2x incline chest press
2x fly
2x rear delt fly
Limbs:
2x single arm extension
2x shortened curl
1-2x JM press or machine dip
1-2x lengthened curl
2x calf press
1x leg extension
1x leg curl
2x adductor
1x hip thrust
1x quad press
1x hip hinge
just my take on this matter feel free to give me your opinions

Once you get it , let us know and we will help with next parts . Ps it fucking sucks to start with , it takes a lot of discipline to stick with it , but once your adjusted , the diff is HUGE

Super cheap on Ali baba / made in china. That’s where I constantly get mine . They are all the same so buy a fixed pressure machine and then adjust it to the pressure you need .

100g oats 30g dark choc 2 whey
Steps , as I feel good . The peptides have made an insane insaneeeee difference in my work capacity / recovery capacity , so steps them is doing me just fine .

If the client is EU based I could recommend some labs where I get Masteron from (lab tested it’s actually Mast not Test P lol)

Why would you run a push up phase of bloods are not in check prior, they don’t get better as you push your body to a new level. The push up would not be of quality if all you run into are health issues imo.

It is really irritating yes . Before sets of pressing atm I have to really flex my hand like 10-15 times to get it feeling ok 😂
Abolutely wild, isn’t it super irritating on the incline barbell you just swapped in?
It’s already kinda weird for me when db pressing, could not imagine what that is like with your amount of load exposure

Agree with above that will defo get it at 4iu , as it does for me at 10iu
At 20iu / day they don’t quite help enough though and my right hand is always fucking numb.

Good evening everyone! Hope you’ve all had a good day! Busy day but steady day, warehouse and pull this morning with client work this evening. Next push up has begun, so implementation of 180mg primo per week and 10mg anavar going in, with growth and femtest staying the same. This will be the last push of 2025 before getting ready for prep in 2026. Excited would be an understatement when it comes to getting back on stage! So bring it on! Rest day tomorrow , back in the warehouse then a couple of admin bits to finish off in the evening!

Hi Quentin – so femtest is a low dose test – typically comes in 10mg/ml so it’s easy to dose. Doses are very small, so if you can imagine trying to get 4.5mg out of 300mg/ml is very difficult, so some labs designed femtest to make it easier for us ladies![/quote]
