Didn’t manage a post yesterday as I was wiped out, I did end up passing out yesterday after trying to be up and get ready!! So spent yesterday completely just trying to recover.
Same with today, food going in a little better but the pain is now coming. Feels like I have been pinched super hard in the upper and lower jaw right now

Surgery went well yesterday – I am on soft cold foods until tomorrow were I can have warm foods so I have fish/COR etc ready for tomorrow! Tried my best yesterday to have yoghurt but was bleeding a lot so made it difficult. Slept a lot post op and today – the pain meds are making me very drowsy

1) current diet set up is split into leg day/upper/rest day food! And food is at its overall highest at the moment before prep begins weight is holding nice and steady at 7kg above Olympia stage weight2) balancing competing with real life, to be honest there isn’t really a balance as everything in my life aligns with my bodybuilding as that is my goal if that makes sense – so rather than balance it’s an alignment
3) we have been working on hammering the lower body as well as refining the upper body- working on judges feedback and the look that will suit me best also have been working on mindset

Amazing leg session today just what I needed and increased rep and load today on single leg press 6p for 8 which felt really good and also good on my knees 🙏🏾 I have a date for my dental surgery which will be Friday so getting all my sessions in and food until then

Check in day today weight still holding and Kuba is happy with how things are which makes me happy and time to keep on pushing and getting the work done! Prep is starting soon which is exciting!

Rest day today! It’s been a lovely day! Weather has been lovely and also had Ashley jones over this afternoon to catch up and she bought her dog over so was a lovely afternoon with all the dogs! Meal prepping this evening and then early night ready for work and legs tomorrow

I agree here – taper off the band usage if knees are good and if handling it then remove all and you can assess loading and how your knees cope
