Completely agree with the above here also! Making sure that fats are at the level they need to be for hormone function and then think about the addition of carbs to complete your cals and macros ?

Happy thanksgiving ? today is hams session! Going to train a bit earlier than normal as gyms close earlier today due to it being a holiday!

Pull session done today! Everything felt good! Honestly feels good to get back into the groove of training!
This morning weight was 65.5kg

Back training today! And it was a leg day! Felt so good to be back! Felt things on my chest a little but nothing to crazy!
Weight this morning was down again to 65.6kg! Hoping being back training will help and also we are looking to push food up a touch again in a few days on consistent training ?

Finally back in Orlando after a great weekend in Ft Lauderdale!! Definitely feeling fired up to nail this next session! It was so great networking and speaking with other athletes this weekend as well!
Final day of rest today and back hitting the gym tomorrow!! Feeling definitely more human now!!
Weight was up .2 today after off plan meal yesterday! So was at 65.9kg today

Agree with the above here! You will likely see a bit of a drop in weight due to reduction in stress and inflammation from your training

Last day of the show here in ft Lauderdale! Checked in again this morning! Weight is holding steady and not so mad about the look either!! Especially with the amount of rest I’ve had!! Definitely starting to feel much better and energy on its way back too! Honestly just can’t wait to get back in the gym and back to pushing on up!!

Here in Ft Lauderdale watching the Atlantic coast show! Today was classic, WPD and Figure! It’s always so nice coming to watch pro shows!!
Checked in with Kuba this morning, weight was 65.7kg this morning and feeling better so heading back to training tomorrow!! And honestly can’t wait to get stuck back in!!

Unfortunately throat was a bit worse today, was very swollen this morning and struggled to swallow!! We have decided to rest up until everything is better!
Check in this morning saw weight at 65.8kg so a little down from yesterday! Hoping that once this passes weight can start climbing again!
