Back to training today with legs!! Knees are feeling still not the greatest but with adjusted stances and focusing on execution they didn’t feel horrendous! Icing them this evening as my steps are completed!
All in all though feeling good and happy

Another rest day today and heading back in to training tomorrow!! Goal this week is definitely to work on sleep again and nail a pre bed routine to help make sure that i’m feeling fresher in the mornings!!
11k steps today and up moving after each meal xx

another day of rest ordered today! weight was down 0.3 after sushi yesterday!! Today I went back to Tampa to collect marvel after he has been at camp bow wow for the weekend!! I started the day with my cardio and still at 10k steps!
Im feeling really positive for where I am at the moment!!
Baseline rest day food has gone up today, still enjoying each and every meal 🙂

Another rest day scheduled today, it’s been great and actually feeling nice and rested!! I had sushi with Anastasia which was lovely!! I’m a bit of a sushi newbie so found it a tad overwhelming haha but had a great time with great people

Usually I would say put it away from your training window, but if needs must I would do a piece of equipment least taxing on the legs but keeping that heart rate up

Great rest day today watching the Hurricane Pro show today!! Here in st prete for the weekend!!
Still on daily check ins at the moment, today weight was down a touch but happy with the look at the moment! Meal off plan tonight which I will have with Zach once the show is over xx

Push session today ? good session today, even though I had a bit of a bad experience at the start of the session with a mean lady haha! I guess sometimes it’s more than pre workout that can fuel a great session ?
Weight is back up a touch this morning after a drop 2 days ago! But I’m feeling comfortable in my own skin at the moment and happy mentally which again is such a bonus right now xx

Legs round 2 today!! Was a good session!! Still foot not fully on the gas but working new movements and stripping back on everything to make sure my execution is accurate!
Also packing commenced today as I’m going to Tampa/st Pete for the weekend to watch the hurricane pro and also to train with Anastasia (FAM owner with Derik) on Sunday

As Kamara has said, I would think about going to see a Physio or sports therapist to get down to the nitty gritty of the root cause and then you can create a rehab action plan ?

I would say, go to see someone about this to really get to the bottom of why this is happening!

Rest day today!! Little under the weather today which is sucky but nothing too bad!! Steps done today and my am cardio! Went to the mall today for the majority of steps hehe as it’s pretty hot today! So staying cool in the AC!!
Weight up a touch again today but becoming less attached to the scale and more to the look now ?

Second day back training today, I trained pull and delts today!! Feeling good and happy!! Which at this point in this phase is super important for me!!
Transitioning and reversing can be such a mental battle for me but having micro plans in place and daily goals for myself it is really helping!!
Although my main goal is to improve physically, improving mentally and packing away my demons for good is also a main goal this improvement season xx

Definitely making sure you are nice and hydrated! Also salt intake and carbs play a role in pumps as well as a pump pre!! If you haven’t already I would give the JPre Pump 2.0 a try ?

Back in Orlando and Back to training today ? legs on the menu today at a new gym which I am excited about!! Feeling in a good mental space again!!
I had some bodywork this morning, nothing too invasive, some stretches and readjustments! He comes to the house to do treatment which is awesome and going to try and get in regularly
