Over time issues can develop with intolerances to food so I would switch it out if they are causing you issues for something that sits better with you ?

Olympia 2021 in the books!! It’s was a day of mixed feelings but I’m always open to critique and feedback from the judges for how to be better!! The fire in me is ignited even hotter to really go after what I want without being doubtful of myself. The journey well and truly continues to become a better version of me xx

Two days out!! Time has absolutely flown!! This evening I’m heading to the host hotel!! Now it feels real!! I’m excited, nervous, all the feels right now!!
One more training session early tomorrow and then it’s rest up until registration, meet and greet the olympians and tanning ?

Push done today at iron religion!! Was actually a really good session, still feeling strong! Was also a great environment to train in today as its the start of Olympia week so many different athletes were in there!! Which was amazing to be around!
Checked in this morning and weight is down a touch again!! Everything has been completed today nice and early and feeling ready for an early night again today ?

Rest day today ? back in Orlando today as well which is nice! Also feeling less tired from the stress of uncertainty with travel coupled with the 16 hour flight! All in all I feel okay and excited for Friday!! We have made some more changes today to get some more off! 5 more days to go xxx

Final day in Dubai (again) fingers crossed!! I have been so tired today as I was up for my flight that I couldn’t catch so everything was really out of sync! I had a good slee during the day and trained pull too!! 8 more days to go!! Trying to kee stress nice and low
