    Rotation 2 underway from today!! Had a really good session today!! Sessions have been really good this week! As mentioned yesterday I feel like recovery is much better at the moment and also my knees this week have been like new!! Doubled up on cure coming and join in as well as using a TON of deep heat and tiger balm has helped!! ?

    Rest day today!!! My delts and arms feel like led today after yesterday’s session hah! But recovery is definitely much better at the moment!! Today I had posing clients followed by heading out and walking the dog on a big walk as winter in Florida seems to be officially over!! Tomorrow is back to training with rotation B starting with Legs ?? xx

    Today was delt and arms!! I trained at FAM Tampa today which is where I have been primarily based throughout the time I’ve been here 🙂 today was a really good session again rounding up this training rotation. My knees are also really good today especially after training legs yesterday 🙂

    Good morning!! It’s my final week here in America ? feel sad to be leaving! But I can’t be too sad as it’s LEG DAY today!! My knees felt really good on my walk so I’m hoping they feel good for legs this afternoon! Lots of tiger balm and stretching pre legs today xx

    Rest day today!!! Flew back from Dallas to tampa this afternoon! And surprisingly even with flying I hit all my steps mid morning from being a busy bee!! My knees are feeling a bit better today which is a relief!! I’m excited to hit legs tomorrow!! Xxx

    I’ve used cheese previously but the 30% cheddar or feta cheese. If you are okay with cheese in terms of digestion then you should have no issues adding it to your plan xxx

    As Clare mentioned! Try not to follow the rule of the watch as these can be less accurate

    You want to ensure you tracking progress with photos and weight, having a plan in place with training and then assessing when to increase and decrease food depending on progress x

    Back and bi session!! Today I’m going to be training at destination Dallas which I’m super excited about!!

    I also had a photo shoot today which was fun but felt a little meh as I’m offseason but starting to do things like this for body confidence!! Final night in Dallas tonight before heading back to tampa tomorrow afternoon xx

    Today I headed to Dallas for the weekend!! Before flying today I checked in with Corinne and trained! This week my appetite has been really low and I can’t really pinpoint why!! But need to make sure I am eating every meal to ensure I’m still able to progress in this time that we have xx

    It can be used to heighten focus – Im not sure with training though, but as meg said JP dial in will give you similar effects, such a great product which I use for training and also when I have a high workload xx

    leg day done today!! Strength is still in a good place post rest week however my knees today were a little sore!! It makes me feel a bit disappointed that they still hurt but I’m keeping up with rehab and doing everything I can to reduce the pain, I just feel down and as though they are hindering maximal progression especially with legs!! xxxxxx

    Rest day today!! Had a couple of posing clients this morning and went on a big dog walk with marvel this afternoon!! Niggles are getting better and everything is feeling good!! Again can’t wait to get in for legs tomorrow xxx
