day 1/4 rest day today!! Today is also client check in day – I love seeing people getting after there goals and love helping people do so!! Today after watching the football hehe I will be heading out for another park walk with the dogs!! I am currently surrounded by 6 dogs this week so I literally feel like I am in heaven!! Still no direct cardio just 10k steps and zero training now for the next 4 days xxx

I have 3 whole eggs and 3 egg whites – I would for sure switch it up to something that sits well and digest well – maybe switch your oats for the JP cor as this digests so well and also comes in the best flavours xx

Hey hey everyone – so I’ve arrived safe and sound here in Indiana late last night!! OMG its soooo chilly here like WOW! this morning on my walk it was -8!! So I think I hit my step count today in record time hahah
Back and bicep session went down today also π from tomorrow however we are running 4 straight days of rest! I had the option to run a devolume or complete rest, I chose complete rest – the reason behind this was because I have a few niggles at the moment and give them time and my body to rest up especially as post Olympia I only really took 3/4 days off.
Once Thursday comes round we will then get stuck back in π xx

Good morning everyone! Leg day is upon us!! Starting with rotation 1 again – LEGS A
Here is what this session looks like:
Lying Ham curl
Adductor
leg Press
Hack squat
Leg Extension
then a tri set:
Glute bridge
Hypers – 45 degree
Abductor
Leg raises
Calves10k step goal today as well, today is a bright sunny day so will be a lovely day for an outside walk as long as it doesn’t hurt my knee too much, I’ve been doing my steps on the treadmill as of late as the consistent surface hasn’t hurt my knee.

As Clare mentioned this is all person dependent!! And really try not to over think it! At the end of the day its about being in that deficit. if you are finding that the bike on that level is impacted your sessions/recovery then you can try different equipment like x-trainer, stairmaster, rower etc π

Hey Everyone, so today was rest day for me! I also helped a coach pose so that he could help his clients here in Tampa which was fun!! I am Definitley feeling the wrath of my sessions today, rather sore today but booked in again next week for treatment and pain management!!
Tomorrow is leg day YASSSSSSSSS and I couldn’t be more excited haha!!

Had an early session today – 7am to be exact!! Was nice to get up and get it done!! Sleep last night wasnβt the best so I was up very early this morning! Therefore leading me to get in a session early!! This afternoon Iβve been on my walk to get my steps in and got some work done to improve my posing packages and services! Legs B going down this morning!!! Knees are feeling good today so fingers crossed they hold up for this session! Legs b on rotation 2 is literally one of my favourite sessions hehe excited to see if I can make some progress this week! π xx
