Good morning ✨☀️
Leg day today!! Had such a good sleep last night finally!! Woke up feeling motivated!! New mindset: RELENTLESS???? time to not fall victim to the circumstance and instead rise above it and stay aligned to my goals!! Today I’m also meal prepping for the next few days as well as venturing out to do a food shop ????

Good evening!! Today was an upper session!! I feel like a switch has been flicked!! My mindset is back to FULLY LOCKED AND LOADED!! I’ve been dipping in and out of a mixture of emotions since being out here, anxiety, panic, sadness, worry! Which has made me feel a bit clouded and down for a few days!! But today it clicked!! Why stress over what I can’t control?? Shifting my focus to what I can create instead, what I can control!! ???????? each day I’m completing a little checklist to help keep my mind in check ???????? I’m already buzzing for tomorrow!! I hope everyone has an amazing Monday xx

Today was leg day!! And I actually love this session!! Missing my hack squat though hehe!! But we are making do with what we have!! All in all had a really good session! Also to help keep my mind stimulated in this situation I have started learning Japanese hehe let’s see how long this lasts before I forget it all!! Xx

So my April 3rd Post didn’t upload for some reason boooooo ???? but it was check in day for me which was positive!! We are now looking at the calendar to make provisional plans for shows!! We may look at hitting end of July – August and September xxx

You have a pretty good selection and will be able to do most exercises with them!! For sure being creative will help???? I think that what I’m quite enjoying home workouts at the moment!

Rest day today which very good! Done my rehab and stretches! Also moved to my other aunties house, as my auntie was starting night shifts this weekend! Means I’m without my little puppy friend but I’ll be reunited with the doggo soon hehe!!

Wow day 2 on this new training plan and it was such a good session!! I trained legs today!! Tomorrow is a rest day!! New training frequency is 2 on/1 off!! On my rest day I’m going to focus on hitting my steps and working on my rehab and mobility!! I hope everyone has had a good start of the day!! Xx

Oh goodness I’m no where near show condition yet so I think I may need to keep trucking on ???? I’ll see what happens at next check in. All be it I could be prepping for another show that could be postponed but we’ll keep the faith ☺️????

Don’t be disheartened with strength going down this can happen in prep especially when considering output! Just be sure to keep that intensity up in your sessions!

I know many who self coach and have been successful!! Hats off for giving this a go!! I think my main tip would be make sure you stay accountable to yourself and if you can have someone you trust (not necessarily close to you) that could give a second and non biased opinion! Looking forward to hearing about your journey!! Keep us updated xx

Much better day today!! Head is in a good place right now! I go through waves of struggling to see the light at the end of this tunnel but I know it will!! Maybe not straight away but the world will get through this!! Even my sleep pattern has worsened slightly from worrying all the time but working hard again to fix this!! ???? anyways Corinne has sent me a new home training plan which looks awesome!! So I’m so happy to crack on with that!!! xx

Checked in with the bosses this morning! I’m definitely happy with my mindset at the moment, in terms of I feel in a really good place despite what’s going on and still being out here in Australia!! But not too happy with my body at the moment which sucks so hard!! Been slack on my fluid intake the past few days as well so really just feel blahhhhh!! But not going to dwell on it!! Today is a new day – even though we are not sure what shows will actually go on this year I have wrote down some in which I would like to do – to give me some light at the end of this everlasting tunnel xxxx

If you have a cardio type you enjoy then I would do that!! Ensuring you keep your heart rate up!! Watt bike is awesome by the way ????
