    Lovely fasted walk this morning catching up with my mum! Making sure she is doing okay! Weight down a little today and we have set a metric goal for the end of the week! Which is great!

    Had a couple of posing sessions this morning which was lovely and will train legs this afternoon ๐Ÿ˜Š

    I have two posing clients in a San antiono pro today so went to see them! Cardio done this morning and had great bodywork yesterday I mean she is brutal but gets the job done for sure

    Something with a comfortable sole – I have ONs and hokas that I use for cardio/steps and work as Iโ€™m on my feet for long durations

    I agree here – adding in a stiff leg dead in your lower you could have it in both and A – have it at the start and B- have it towards the end

    Rest day today and getting body work after work today to sort my back issue ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ nothing much to report on today other than we are now 4 weeks out and not a moment or step to be missed

    Legs 2 day today! Busy day at work today – 11-8pm after the meeting today I will train! Fasted steps done this morning and still have pain in my back, Iโ€™m starting to think itโ€™s a rib slightly out rather than anything else as Iโ€™ve rolled/stretched/heat and nothing has helped and it also hurts to breath

    Rest day today! Had a good leg session yesterday! Starting cardio back up today!!! Love my cardio time!! Felt good this morning – light work day today which will be nice!

    Leg day today and actually going to have my leg session with Bex which will be nice I donโ€™t usually have someone to train with! She is in Dallas over from Dubai! This morning had my fasted steps which was nice as the weather so far this week has dropped to a crispy temperature! Working today until 8pm and then early night sleep for me

    Hey Marko, I agree diet looks okay however you could now start to increase output – taking your cardio up to 4/5 per week rather than 2
