This weekend was bloody brilliant! 2 x 1st places for my team of WPD over the weekend , both bringing their best packages to date anddddd a bloody brilliant leg session at the shed this morning.
There is nothing better than a session where just everything clicks – and today was that day! It’s very much set my week up to be a bloody awesome one!
I am going into another peak week with my lovely client cat, so will be getting show stuff ready once again. Very excited for another weekend away supporting my clients!
Push on the cards tomorrow and I’m feeling good !

Busy day today!! Started with my fasted steps and then had work this morning and in person posing clients that came in from Oklahoma which was lovely! I then trained legs it was a good session knees are still a bit rough but trying to keep them as happy as I can

Ive attached some pics, These Are some weeks old and as u can See, Chest wasnt Even a great bodypart .. but now since I cant Train properly the chest is flat as a fucking pancake

Just wanna give u an Update – It is what it is, I got an appointment with a neurochirug and it is a herniated disc in my cervical vertebra .. this thing is stressing the nerve for triceps and this is the reason I have the strength and feeling issues …
the last weeks Ive done my diet, training and cardio as good as I can – BUT every week I saw decreasing my chest, shoulder and triceps – so I decided to not compete, fix this problem, get better and come back stronger hopefully!

Rest day today, knees were a bit sore yesterday but feeling okay today! Long day at work and then an early night tonight. I keep waking up with bad headaches again not too sure what is going on at the moment

Leg day today! Started the day with fasted steps and check in! Work this morning 10-1 and then in for legs! Had a bit of knee pain today in both knees with has been a rarity so going to keep an eye and get bodywork this week as I don’t need them flaring up after being good for as long as they have 🙏🏾
