Try not to overthink it, but yes generally there is progression through each split, pick one you enjoy and get the most from/can recover from

This can happen especially with getting older and dieting etc, as said above you can try to build muscle to then push against the skin to reduce the appearance or if it is bad then surgery is usually the way in order to correct the issue

Pull day today! Whewwww feeling it now BUT this is what we want and to keep on digging is the goal! All in all feeling oky busy day at work ahead but will get the remainder of my steps done while working and then when I finish this evening I can eat my last meal and head to bed

20 mins is a good start/duration in off season, ideally away from training sessions I know you mentioned that it’s the only time to do it but what about in the evening or pre bed?

Hey, I agree with Clare here, sounds like CNS is a fried, take some time to recover – staying hydrated as much as you can, and sleep🙏🏾 as Clare also mentioned maybe looking at your training in order to accommodate your recovery
