Woke up early again this morning and had a lovely early night last night! Body weight is holding again but we had a good drop last week ๐๐พ still keep pushing now as show day is approaching fast now!

I agree here around 1-1.25g per pound of body weight is usually the guideline for hitting protein intake ๐๐พ

Had a lovely time at the wedding yesterday, definitely got all of my steps in haha!! Early start this morning as jet lag gets me up nice and early, headed to get my cardio and steps in! And later heading out and about with the family

Rest day today and my cousins wedding today here in the Cotswolds, with my jet lag Iโm up early so got everything done this morning and had my egg whites ๐ packed my meals for the day and will be out for the rest of the day

So with this are you just setting it at 5 weeks or is it really because you are finding lifts are stalling and you are really fatigued? If you are losing enjoyment have you tried putting exercises that you enjoy into your program etc

Not sure where my entry went yesterday ๐ so two for today! I trained upper yesterday focusing on back and end of the session is shoulders some DB side raises, a normal busy day but did manage to get some good sleep wasnโt long but felt good this morning
Today Iโm doing legs, seems to come round so fast haha!! Struggled to get off to sleep last night but needed up waking up early today but feeling okay had really bad allergies last night so my eyes were super itchy and throat but feeling better this morning after some medicine! Time to get the day started

Working 10-8pm today and itโs rest day today so as per usual started my day off with cardio and steps, itโs starting to get super hot here now so pushing to get everything done a little earlier each day ๐๐พ

Tried to up my melatonin last night and it didnโt go well this morning hahaha!! Woke up like a fuzzy bear ๐คฃ๐คฃ back to my usual tonight!! Cardio done this morning and steps, it getting really hot here now so heading out earlier to get everything done!

I agree with Hilly here!! You want to focus on getting super lean and then you can give a mock a try, see how you respond that way you can map out what your peak will likely look like
