Rest day today!! 1/2 day at work today as well which has been nice!! Although I called home yesterday I did today as well just to check on everything and make sure everyone is okay!! This afternoon will get the rest of my steps and sorting things out

Got my blood results back!! Little terrifying but getting a plan in place to correct the issue but also lines up with how Iโve been feeling internally!!
Anyways leg day today which will make the day better!! Working again today 10-7pm

What a day! Headed back to Dallas this morning however they left our bags in Paris so wonโt have those for another 4 days and as the plane went to land the pilot had to abort as he was landing in the same runaway as a plane getting ready to take off!!
So today has been very full on but glad back in one piece ๐๐พ early night tonight

March 14th and 15th entry today! I typed my entry yesterday and didnโt press post ๐๐ฉ
Yesterday I trained upper which was a good session also spent lots of time with my stepdad! He is very poorly at the moment so came home for a few days to see the family and to just reset mentally and make sure everyone is okay! It can be tough sometimes being so far away!! ๐๐พ
Today hitting legs and looking forward to it!! Love training legs as the goal is getting them to grow ๐๐พ

I agree with the team here!! DNFM is incredible, but try to scale back on your scoops to 1 or 1.5 and as Jordan says hit the TBJP magnesium post workout and again pre bed or give the unwind a go ๐
