    Prep day 2!! AM I LEAN YET 🀣🀣🀣 only joking! All in all feeling good had a great leg session yesterday and work was good as well!! Little tired because of the time change my body clock is so messed up hahaha but a few days should have me feeling right and aligned

    Having the eggs are a much better source than pork patties for sure!! πŸ‘ coco pops are an OG bodybuilding cereal hehehe!

    And agree with Clare adding in some greens will be a great idea!! Veggie might or the superfood greens are fantastic choices

    Day 1 today!! Going in with hams this afternoon!! I have work this morning and evening so will train in my break! I have a 5 hour break so definitely long enough to obliterate my hamstrings!!

    Last day of rest today!!! And prep begins tomorrow πŸ™πŸΎπŸ™πŸΎ feeling excited for this and what we can do!! Time has flown!!

    Diet set ready for tomorrow so I will prep everything this evening ready for the week ahead!!

    I’d still add in the ZMA and magnesium πŸ™πŸΎ and daily is no issue at all!! The digest pharma pro is amazing and I swear by it!! Vit C is great and a good one to have year round! Also the GDA would add if you have higher carb meals

    Had work this morning just for an hour and the. Rest of the day doing client check ins and work check ins!

    Was also my check in day today!! Weight down a touch .6!

    Not much on today – still at rest! Last day tomorrow

    Friday means 1/2 day at work today so will chill this afternoon when I’m home from work!! Not a super busy day today which is nice!! Orders from Kuba is to really chill these next couple of days so that is what I shall do 😊

    So I know I mentioned last week that prep was starting this week but it’s not hehehe! We extended a week of offseason staying on higher food πŸ™πŸΎ now we rest for 4 days in o feel fresh for next week πŸ™πŸΎ

    I swear after every leg day I feel like I’ve been hit by a bus hahah!! But a good feeling nonetheless!! Quite a busy day today at work but nothing too crazy!! Woke up feeling a bit tired this morning which I put down to my session yesterday and sleep was very up and down!
