Day 1 today!! Going in with hams this afternoon!! I have work this morning and evening so will train in my break! I have a 5 hour break so definitely long enough to obliterate my hamstrings!!

Iβd still add in the ZMA and magnesium ππΎ and daily is no issue at all!! The digest pharma pro is amazing and I swear by it!! Vit C is great and a good one to have year round! Also the GDA would add if you have higher carb meals

Had work this morning just for an hour and the. Rest of the day doing client check ins and work check ins!
Was also my check in day today!! Weight down a touch .6!

Friday means 1/2 day at work today so will chill this afternoon when Iβm home from work!! Not a super busy day today which is nice!! Orders from Kuba is to really chill these next couple of days so that is what I shall do π

I swear after every leg day I feel like Iβve been hit by a bus hahah!! But a good feeling nonetheless!! Quite a busy day today at work but nothing too crazy!! Woke up feeling a bit tired this morning which I put down to my session yesterday and sleep was very up and down!
