    March 4th and 5th as I couldn’t get on yesterday!!

    Yesterday I was going to train push!! Usually legs but I switched it around as my legs felt heavy from the weekend! However I extended a rest day as I felt really rough
    πŸ™πŸΎ sleep wasn’t great either!!

    Today I’m hitting legs which I’m really looking forward too!! Really hoping to have made some improvements on legs this offseason πŸ™πŸΎ

    Rest day today!! Had a morning of posing clients which was lovely!! I love posing so much!! This afternoon I went out exploring as h th e weather has been really lovely and warm but not baking!! So been out getting my steps! Also FaceTimed my family back home to check in and make sure all is okay

    Hey Kartik, I agree here if everything has been consistent – then look at the foods you are eating and double checking supp contents however as mentioned above if you are still unsure then go to your doctors in order to get some further testing

    Check in day today, weight is down a touch today πŸ’€ but nothing too crazy!!! I can’t complain because I am pleased with my body comp throughout this offseasonπŸ™πŸΎπŸ™πŸΎ

    I have work today just 10-11am and then I have posing clients and client check ins πŸ™πŸΎ

    Hey Kartik! I agree with the team here! It wouldn’t be my personal preference and would streamline it to being able to hit the split in the same gym however if you are enjoying it, progressing, recovering well and it works for you then do it

    Morning guys! Had an amazing day yesterday in Montenegro! Visited the old towns of Budva and Kotor! Such beautiful places! Then went to Lake Skadar which was absolutely beautiful! Came back to Podgorica and chilled, had dinner and actually had an early night as I was extremely tired! Up early today to explore more of Podgorica!

    Wow Montenegro is such an incredible place!! Hope you have an amazing vacation 😊

    Happy March!! This year is truly flying now!! It’s crazy!! Working 10-2pm today

    Slept like a log last night which was nice, so feeling good today!!

    Nothing really to report today other than day 2 of rest before we start prep

    First day of testing / we are running test now until Sunday ready to start the season on Monday πŸ™πŸΎ

    1/2 day at work today as my evening clients are away so I was in 10-1pm and then had our weekly meeting until 3pm

    Keeping steps lower this week as well!

    This afternoon been cleaning the house and getting organized 😊

    Check in day today and pleased with the weight increase and visuals πŸ™πŸΎ busy day at work today so with my day it’s done I week be getting an early nights sleep for sure 😊

    I can definitely feel that I trained legs hard yesterday hahaha!! This morning I felt like I was stuck in cement 🀣🀣 but we go on!! Work today!! And a busy day 10-7pm! I trained push today which felt good! My massage on Saturday really helped, so my shoulder felt nice and stabile this session and able to move pain free which is a win!!

    Definitely going to get an early night tonight πŸ™πŸΎπŸ™πŸΎ
