Leg day today!! Was a really good session! Numbers were up today which was lovely!! Had work this morning and was off this afternoon which also allowed to really take my time in my session!! ππΎ

Trained legs today after work this morning! All in all a good session and knees felt solid!! Which is always a bonus!! Then spending the afternoon going through client check ins π

Short day at work today as Fridays are my 1/2 days π this afternoon spending time in the studio for posing tutorials which I am really looking forward too!! Also got my supps order today so excited to get give all the new COR flavours a try π

Operation was successful guys. Was a long old day waiting around yesterday and didn’t leave hospital until got 9pm, very nauseous etc. but glad it’s done! The recovery is on.

Push day today!! Great session today!! Everything felt good! Still cautious on load with my shoulder but focusing on nailing execution! Busy day at work today! Iβd say Mon/tues/Thursday are my busiest/longest work days but so far energy has been good and mood which is what we want
