Sunday reset today – cleaning the house, and my workspace so I feel set up for the week, I also mean prep through Wednesday which is my next rest day, and with work being till 8pm

Not sure where my entry went for yesterday but had legs it felt good but still not 100 percent! Today is rest day and feeling better so will really utilize my rest days! Check in today and feeling happy with where I am at currently!! We are going to have another week of pushing and then aim for a deload 🙏🏾

Had an amazing massage yesterday much needed!! Ended up swapping my training days as today is a long work day with only a small break so not enough time for a solid session!
All in all feeling good about everything, this week felt a bit tired but doing all I can to manage that

One thing I love about TBJP COR is that throughout all the yummy flavours I wouldn’t say any are overly sweet!! My fave currently is blueberry muffin but will be trying custard cream very soon which is currently my fave whey flavour 🔥

I can’t believe January is over this month has flown by!! Today is rest day and going to get a 90 min body work done today especially in my upper back and traps as they are so tight at the moment!! Checked in this morning and weight is 68.4kg

Rest day today!! We pushed food up again today! A goal I set myself was to make sure I get into a good place with food – not only just nailing it throughout the offseason but to actually eat my food so we can start prep in a good place!! So far so gooooood! Body comp in a good place, digestion good and days where I feel hungry 💪
Will prep food this evening for the upcoming week and get myself organized for the week ahead 😊

I agree here- rather than go full keto in search for health benefits, I’d opt for a balanced diet with Whole Foods getting in your protein/fat/carb – getting in some daily movement and staying hydrated

Legs done today! Honestly wasn’t the best session I’ve had, numbers were still good but just energy and how I felt was really off!! Check in day today weight down again! Food has been going in really well with the push as is digestion 🙏🏾🙏🏾
