    Rest day today!! 1/2 day at work on Friday so just had a busy morning πŸ™πŸΎ it’s zachs birthday today so heading to get some sushi this afternoon 😊

    Steps done this morning fasted and steadily get the rest throughout the day

    Upper session today!! Felt better connection today really scaling back so I can push forward which my movement – scaling back meaning form but still moving a good load πŸ™πŸΎ

    Thursdays are also my busiest work days so feeling it today

    Rest day today!! Upper and lower are feeling it from Monday and Tuesday hahaha!! Had an early start this morning – check in day today weight up at 68.7kg this morning which was lovely to see! Feeling in a good place! Then I had Bex for posing and then Meg which lovely!! Both ladies looking amazing 🀩 then I had work this morning and back again this evening until 8pm

    Rest day today and check in day! Kuba has bumped food up again today πŸ™πŸΎ excited for this next push!! Today like always started with my walk and then I have client check ins and check ins for my PT clients! Will go grocery shopping this afternoon and meal prep

    Legs 2 today!! Good session today!! Legs feel smashed!! Week by week my sessions feel like they are getting better and engaging betterπŸ™πŸΎ knees have also been 10/10 which is a bonus!!

    Weight this morning was down which was kind of annoying 😭 but taking it as a positive that my body is utilizing the food that is being thrown at it πŸ™πŸΎπŸ™πŸΎ looking forward to check in tomorrow
