Rest day today!! 1/2 day at work on Friday so just had a busy morning ππΎ itβs zachs birthday today so heading to get some sushi this afternoon π

Upper session today!! Felt better connection today really scaling back so I can push forward which my movement – scaling back meaning form but still moving a good load ππΎ

Rest day today!! Upper and lower are feeling it from Monday and Tuesday hahaha!! Had an early start this morning – check in day today weight up at 68.7kg this morning which was lovely to see! Feeling in a good place! Then I had Bex for posing and then Meg which lovely!! Both ladies looking amazing π€© then I had work this morning and back again this evening until 8pm

Morning of posing clients, felt tired upon wake this morning and a lower sleep score so not too sure what affected that last night been consistent in the 90s and this morning was 72

Legs 2 today!! Good session today!! Legs feel smashed!! Week by week my sessions feel like they are getting better and engaging betterππΎ knees have also been 10/10 which is a bonus!!
Weight this morning was down which was kind of annoying π but taking it as a positive that my body is utilizing the food that is being thrown at it ππΎππΎ looking forward to check in tomorrow
