Rest day today!! Always feel a little drained after a leg day!! But was a good session!! Today meal prepping so that after work tonight I can just eat my final meal, unwind and head to sleep as tomorrow is a busy day 🙏🏾

I agree with the above!! Process of elimination but also many other points as well as highlighted such as water intake bumping that up, taking time to truly chew your food, picking food sources that work for you

Hey Danny, I have gone through periods of prep when food gets low/less carbs my appetite goes down but also I’ve been opposite where I’d be ravenous as well! There is no real right or wrong to how you are feeling/ responding if your BF is going down and you are getting leaner! At times like this as Jordan said, focus on the outcome 💪

2 for 1 post today as I couldn’t post yesterday
Yesterday I had push which was a good session we also had snow here is Dallas which was a bit wild, and currently super cold here at the moment like -11 cold!!
Today was legs things felt good today and recovered better from when I done hams on Saturday so felt ready today 🙏🏾 I’ve also started to get much better pumps in my sessions!!
Long day today with work but really making sure I am organized daily so that everything is on point

Rest day today! Weight was down today .5 so Kuba bumped food again today so hopefully we see it come up again more now 🙏🏾🙏🏾
There is a big freeze at the moment here in Dallas so today has been really cold!! -11 this morning 🥶

So today moved my leg day – recovery wasn’t where I needed it to hit them in a good way yesterday! Check in day today as well weight still holding at 67.1kg since Wednesday’s good bump so we are keeping an eye on weight over the next 2 days and then Kuba will assess again

Leg day today!!! Fridays are 1/2 days at work so I usually do my ham days on Fridays so I have more time 🙏🏾 things felt good today!! Annoyed that appetite has been a bit down from yesterday but nonetheless trying to get everything jn

If recovery is taking such a hit that you can’t manage more than 1 set per exercise I’d look in to variables such as nutrition/sleep/ to see what’s going on there
You won’t be getting much gain and stimulus from just a working set inorder for growth

Upper day today! This session I have back and finish with some delts at the end!! Good session today!! And making a switch to having coconut water in my intra has helped a ton didn’t get sick like I did when I done legs! Another leg day tomorrow so we shall see what it brings us
