    Woke up feeling a bit better today, temp down, still have a bit of a fever but feel better than yesterday!! Meal prepped today to get organized for the week!! Sleep was really good last night which was a bonus๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ

    Getting back to everything this week ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ

    Happy 2024 everyone!!

    I got back to Texas yesterday from London and Iโ€™m a little bit poorly! Fever, cough and chills however making sure that I stay hydrated and fed! Weight was down again this morning ๐Ÿ˜ญ

    I slept 12 hours last night so recovery wise I feel good but just need to shake this!

    I agree with the team here! First and foremost as Clare mentioned output + diet! Clen can be used all the way through with a low dose and then making increases when needed

    Rest day today!! And final day in the UK! I leave tomorrow and feel really sad ๐Ÿ˜ข I hate goodbyes ๐Ÿ˜ข and had such a wonderful time being home!! I really miss it!! โค๏ธ

    Flying mid day tomorrow and land evening time in Texas so will try to get sleep routine back in place

    I agree here!! Wonโ€™t make your waist smaller but a gentle reminder to keep your core tight! Will just be a personal preference if you wear one or not, what ever feels best for you ๐Ÿ˜Š

    Early session today as I was up and ready ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ this afternoon Iโ€™m meeting up with Meg and kuba in London which will be super lovely!! I canโ€™t wait ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š

    Been having the best time at home, I donโ€™t want to leaveeee๐Ÿ˜ญ but I know Iโ€™ll be back again soon especially now I can travel back and forth freely โค๏ธ

    I’m not someone who has a big appetite, when I had bread it fills me up a lot. This biggest thing what helped me getting more food are, moving and getting some steps between meals, using both tbjp insure / digest max to help with digesting the food, picking foods that are higher in calories and don’t take up much volume, like adding some honey to a meal, pomegranate juice to my intra workout. Biggest point is you still need to keep a level of activity with some cardio and steps to help your appetite otherwise you are eating not moving and feeling full and sick of food [/quote]

    Definitely agree with Marc here!! Getting extra movement around meals ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฝ helps a ton

    Jet lag is still kicking my ass since being back in London!! Training has been good though which is great! Weight still not back up to pre flight weight but all in all feeling good!!

    Tomorrow seeing megs ๐Ÿ˜Š she is coming down to London which will be lovely

    Lovely day today!! Got to see my grandma after not seeing her in 2 years which made me really happy!!

    Weight today is down a touch to 67.7kg

    I agree with the above here!! Reduce training/ rest up, focus on keeping food same but as Meg said make your food less volume if appetite is low ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ also staying hydrated

    Finally over my little hump of jet lag!! I think!! Yesterday was tough!! And so was this morning!! Didnโ€™t sleep much and was up at 1am!! Anyways I am just so grateful to be back in London with my family ๐Ÿ’•
