    Trained upper today!! Not a bad session today! Really focused on mind muscle connection and execution 😊 busy work day today but one more day and then off to the UK for the week 😊 couldn’t be more excited

    Rest day today!! Weight was down a touch this morning .4 bring us to 68kg!! From Friday we are resting for 4 days and then will run a devolume!! I fly on Friday night and reach the UK Saturday afternoon 😊

    Work has also been super busy this week!! So another factor of a bit of stress this week!! But nonetheless keeping a positive outlook no matter what as I am going home this weekend for the first time since I’ve moved to America

    Unable to upload yesterday – so double post today 😊

    Yesterday busy day at work and trained upper session!! Felt good!! This week stress is a bit high trying to organize myself to go to the UK on Friday 😊

    Today was legs and was a good session!! Happy with how things are going just need to keep my foot on the gas

    Rest day today!! Currently on my way back to Dallas this morning!! Very quick trip to Houston but had the best time visiting the best people ❀️ when I get home to Dallas, I will head to do a grocery shop, and start organizing my packing for my trip to London on Friday!! I can’t believe how close it is until it’s time to come home for a visit!! It’s been a year and 9 months since I moved here! So very excited to head home to refresh and visit family 😊

    Really good leg session today!!! Felt great!! Lower back and hip were a bit tight so spent a good 30 mins pre session getting mobility on point! But all in all a fab session for sure ❀️

    I’d see how you get on with this!! I have to agree in the sense of eating often will help with tissue retention as well as performance in the gym but if you use fasting having your meals together in a small window where you can get everything done then give it a try and see how you feel
