Rest day today!! Also check in day today for me! Weight up today πͺ digestion good, sleep (a little toooo good) haha! Training good! Just been a little sore recently but pushing through!! Got a massage today from a new lady which was amazing! She knew what she was doing and really helped! So will frequently see her when Iβm back from the UK

Legs done today!! Great session knees were happy which is the biggest win!! Getting some tightness in my left side when doing my split squats in my glute and back but all in all a great session π

Rest day today!! My goodness legs took my soul on Saturday!! My traps and upper back from RDLs and hacks always seem to take a beating haha!! But my knees have been really good ππΎππΎ hoping to keep it this way throughout this offseason and beyond so I can get stuck into growing these legs ππΎ

Slept very poorly and is still a bit ill so took an extra rest day. Hope I feel better tomorrow so I can do my pull day.

Legs done today!! Was a great session!! Knees felt good!! Still be cautious especially on hack to make sure execution is nailed and not just going stupid heavy!!

I agree here couple of factors that could be contributing!! I would try 1/2 the dose and see how you get on with that if you are still finding similar then removing and see if it helps

I have to agree here, unlikely that dose you are on for thyroid will contribute to water retention
