Felt good today!! Was also check in day today!! Kuba is happy with how things are going at the moment so we are staying on this path ๐

Another rest day in the books today!! We are utilizing extra rest day when needed just to make sure that recovery is on point to really smash my sessions
Sleep was okay last night but woke up at 3am and couldnโt get back to sleep so feels like a super long day today!

Legs today!! Had a really good session today! Got 7pps for 12 with zero knee pain and could feel everything through the legs which is such a freaking win for me๐๐พ๐๐พ
Feeling really good with everything at the moment! As I mentioned a couple of days ago, this is probably the best Iโve done post show/post season! Iโm so focused on the goal for next year that I know we donโt have any time to waste getting these improvements! So I know if I fall of or get food focused etc it will set me back!! Plus I freaking love my meal plan at the moment so itโs a win win!!

Hey Ben! In agreement here!! Try to make sure you are organized before hand so itโs less to do after your session
Using a pre that is non stim like pumpage, and limit caffeine
And utilize TBJP unwind post session and dream sleep pre bed ๐

Back in today!! Had push today!! The gym was closed as itโs Thanksgiving today so I trained at the gym that is part of where I live! To be fair it has everything I need for my push session which was perfect!!! Everything felt good today for sure! Really loving my sessions ๐ช

Rest day today and goal of 8k steps! Today I am only working 5-6pm so this morning took a walk to the coffee shop to get some work done and my consult calls done ๐
Majority of my steps will be training my client this evening as the gym is huge ๐

Upper day today!! Main focus was pull with some added delts at the end of the session!! Everything felt good!! And all in all feeling good with everything at the moment, mindset post show, food, no having crazy food focus etc๐๐พ๐๐พ
