Rest day today again!! Woke up nice and early this morning to get some steps in! This afternoon spent just sorting the house out as itโs the first weekend home fully since the Olympia ๐๐พ

Rest day today!! Had such a good leg session yesterday!! And today my legs are like bricks hahaha!!

Another day of rest today, still feeling a little tired but getting better!!
Food has been going in nicely on this new plan ๐ and weight has been holding at 66.6kg for the past couple of days
Goal now is to hold condition as I mentioned before we start pushing ๐ฅ

Final day of rest today!! Not as tired as I was after the Olympia weekend๐๐พ๐๐พ so feeling good at the moment! Getting tired in the evenings early on so making sure I have a good sleep schedule as I know work will now start getting busier and busier ๐๐พ
Back to training soon and I cannot wait to start working

New plan in place with food, steps etc!! Checked in this morning with Kuba and we are ready to roll!! Aim to hold condition in a good place before we make the next push!

Hi Pisi, I would go and see a professional about this!! Especially now you have pain walking! Get someone to look at it, diagnose and then you can start working on rehab for it and getting better

Another amazing show day!! This show was amazing!! The production, judges panel, how it was run, everything!!
I came 2nd to Jess Padilla who just came second at the Olympia last weekend! Which was amazing to be called back in the top 2 comparisons with her ๐๐พ
We got amazing feedback from Tyler and Etila at this show and transitioning into the off-season with some big goals and such a positive mindset!!
