    Hey James, I agree here!!! With 3x per week training your could do 3 full body sessions and see how you get on with that!! Also check out the eduction section videos where you will find lots of info on how you can set these sessions up πŸ’ͺ

    2 days out nowwwww!!!!! Trained our last session today, had pull!! Felt good and feeling good πŸ™πŸΎπŸ™πŸΎ just got to keep this going and keep calm and head on πŸ™πŸΎ

    Food same again as Monday and yesterday! It’s sitting well πŸ’ͺ

    Fully agree here!! With things like this I would for sure track what your eating and then you can have a process of elimination to see what is specially causing the issue

    Hey Michael! I would go to maintenance while you are recovering! And as Kam said I would avoid going into a deficit as can hinder recovery time

    Travel day today!! It’s been a long one but finally made it to Orlando!! Heading to the gym to train push and then have an early nights sleep as my day started at 2:30am this morning

    4 days out now!! Last day at work πŸ™πŸΎπŸ™πŸΎ we started to feed a little today which feels nice!! No cardio this morning just my steps and my step goal today is 10k!!

    This evening I will finish my packing and meal prep ready for an early start tomorrow morning flying to Orlando πŸ™πŸΎ

    Okay so today was final leg session!! Was a really good session πŸ™πŸΎπŸ™πŸΎ feeling good but tired this evening for sure haha!! But it’s where we need to be at this pointπŸ™πŸΎ

    Last full day tomorrow at work and in Dallas before flying out on Tuesday 😊
