Hey James, I agree here!!! With 3x per week training your could do 3 full body sessions and see how you get on with that!! Also check out the eduction section videos where you will find lots of info on how you can set these sessions up πͺ

Fully agree here!! With things like this I would for sure track what your eating and then you can have a process of elimination to see what is specially causing the issue

Hey Michael! I would go to maintenance while you are recovering! And as Kam said I would avoid going into a deficit as can hinder recovery time

4 days out now!! Last day at work ππΎππΎ we started to feed a little today which feels nice!! No cardio this morning just my steps and my step goal today is 10k!!
