There can be multiple things at play here but its really something you need to go back to your doctor with and push them to check properly.
Will contact them monday. But anything they should look for? I got my heart checked by ultrasound about a year ago, and not by my own doctor, it was by some specialist because my sister was born with a rare heart disease. And i dont have it, me and whole close family members got checked 5 years ago too.

Hey Nikolaj,Stress can definitely play a part but there are also a lot of other things that could play a part as well!! But going to the doctors explaining what’s happening and have them rule things out will be the best way

Rest day today and now we are single digits out of the Olympia🙏🏾 was happy with visuals this morning but we keep pushing now 💪
Got up done my check in, steps and cardio this morning and have work today and some consult calls this afternoon! A busy(ish) day but also keep my mind busy which is nice

It’s hit me today!! But it’s the feeling I love! Feels hard to blink 🤣 but we are on the brink now and pushing hard to bring my best!! So embracing the hell out of this as I know what waits on the other side!! So excited to compete next week!!
Started the morning with my cardio and steps!! FaceTimed my dad during my steps on my way to get my cardio done!! I’m so excited that he is flying out to the Olympia next week❤️
Then I have a busy day at work!! At that point where I’m a woman of very few words hahaha so it gets a little tough when people want to talk talk talk and talk 🤣

Rest day today and we have also introduced cardio again on rest and upper days – 20 mins on the x trainer!! I enjoy it in the mornings 😊
Been a busy day today but in the sense of keeping myself busy and sorting the house out 😊 out getting the rest of my steps in this evening 😊

Quad ham focus day today!! We took out single leg press just as precaution for my ham and adductor at the moment rest do the session was smooth!
Been a busy day today, client check ins, got body work, meal prep, food shop, packing hehe just so I don’t have to stress closer to next weekend!!
