Rest day today!! Was a busy morning at work today!! But Fridays are half days so not so bad!! Going to get some body work tomorrow on my leg and upper to see if that helps me feel a bit more human!!

Push day today!! Donβt want to jinx myself but my shoulder has been feeling pretty good at the moment and holding up well in sessions π€π€ today is one of my busier days at work so definitely feeling a bit more tired today!!!

Leg day today!! Was a good session! I have a slight tweak through my glute and adductor which is a little uncomfortable even when getting steps but wasnt too bad in my session which is positive!! Will keep an eye on it when I wake tomorrow though ππΎ

Rest day today!! Sleep was okay ish last night woke up this morning with quite a bad headache! Not too sure why!! But checked in and then went on my morning walk and called home which always sets me up for a good day!
I have work today – this morning and back in this evening 5-7pm!

hams done today!! my lower sessions have been great at the moment which is nice especially as its our focal point at this season!! had a busy morning this morning with some more client check ins and posing clients!!
the weather has got so chilly here now which is nice but also flaring my asthma up a bit which isn’t great!!
going to get an early night tonight as I am feeling a bit tired today and have a busy week ahead!!
