It’s all cals in cals out. If you need to go lower on non training days to meet your deficit over the week you can. Generally your burning 300 to 400 kcal less on non training days so it makes sense to have lower cals on them or more movement.

Diet looks good. If your looking to drop weight but keep appetite under control then you can keep. Protein high. Fat at 80g looks good, I would drop this first before carbohydrates as carbs will help with immediate energy and appetite satisfaction.

How long has he been off? It can last for a while after I’ve noticed in some people that take it.

What does the rest of your cycle look like? Could be the brand but if your cycle is heavy and your consuming alot of carbohydrates water retention will be an issue. I like vit C to help combat some retention.

Have a scoop of protein with a touch of water and mix into a moose if your struggling to sleep due to hunger. It should satisfy you long enough to fall asleep.

From those pictures yes you definitely have more than enough time. I’d say 14 weeks out max and even then that would be a slow come down from where you are.

    Hey,

I would push to 150mg a week to be around the 30mml test range. I would also use love heart and vital support even in trt. I personally give blood every 3 months too as it helps level my ferritin and rbc. A little cardio is also a good idea for overall health.
