Between 2 to 3lbs a week is good, initially when bfat is higher it may be a little more but I wouldnt want to go over 4lbs per week.

As Jordan has said, unless your clinically depressed the Dr won’t be interested. There are some good natural supplements out there for increasing test a little naturally. Not ideal to have trt at your age so if you can resolve it without that then that would be ideal. I’d look at your supplement regime carefully and ensure your getting enough makros and micronutrients.

Are you getting sides from oestrogen? Yes you can increase primo or mast to help this. 100mg is a good start. I’d also add b6p5p for prolactin.

You could also try hot and cold therapy, Red light therapy, cbd gels, stretching/yoga and deep tissue work.

I would set yourself up via makros then run for a few weeks. If you drop too much weight you need to Increase cals if you put too much on reduce etc. In terms of a start point for cals it’s hard to guess not knowing you. Just as a wild guess I would start higher on food initially.

Do either just keep it consistent. I personally prefer batch cooking protein so weigh meats when cooked but for carbs I do uncooked because let’s say you weigh rice cooked the water can vary each time so your not getting an accurate reading.
