I’d go for 1 gram per meal but in the summer if you sweat a lot you may need more.

If they where accurate then Dr’s would use them but if you have a blood test via your gp it will always be venous as the accuracy is much better.

As Peter has said you can adjust with an ai and some b6p5p. Dropping to a lower dose would also help for sure.

Once it’s all cooked just divide it by the number of meals you have. So if its for 4 meals divide it by 4

If you feel great I personally would not start testosterone unless you want to be a competitive bodybuilder, in which case feeling is irrelevant because we do what is necessary to compete. I wish I stayed natural personally as I never made it to a high level in bb and I should have focused on health and other things. How you feel in your teens and 20s is completely different to your late 30s. If you’re just wanting to look good and feel great you can do this without anabolics. Make sure you are 100 % before starting.

Everyone is different. Some can have caffeine without sleep issues. I would personally use a pump based product. I find green tea gives a nice buzz but nothing too strong.

Bodybuilding is not comfortable, particularly at the highest levels. They eat amounts that are extreme and certainly not beneficial for health. If health is your goal then eat the amounts that make you feel good. If you want to compete and push those levels then you will need to push more food and often feel uncomfortable, particularly in the off season. You can find foods that digest better for you which will help. I ultimately stopped competitve bb because my body couldn’t handle the food anymore after 20 years of doing it. And I was never that extreme. I feel so much better now I eat less but of course my physique does not look like it did during my competitve years. It’s down to your decision and what direction you want to go.

Lots of people eat antioxidant high foods pre training. Vit C is good for boosting nitric oxide. Post training you may not just because of the fibre found in those types of food. Supplements wise you would avoid anti inflammatory products like join in, curecoming, osteo Pro for example.
