It’s very common now unfortunately, everyone wants it quickly and they see drugs as a way of doing this. It is not. I’ve had general workman that have never competed taking grams of stuff plus gh, insulin and every peptide now. I can’t get my head around it. Pull down and get bloods. If they don’t like it don’t coach them as they are ticking time bombs.

I’d push food as suggested a few more times but like Jordan said there comes a time to asses the drugs and if needed you can slowly bump them assuming your not already on alot.

Sounds like you are in a good place already with weight dropping slowly each week. Keep protein constant, you can even increase it as you lower other calories as it helps with appetite and muscle maintenance. You also have room to move steps up if weight loss stalls.

I really like Eq, it can increase rbc so Just keep an eye on that. It’s great for oestrogen control since the long absence of primo and mast e.

I find vanilla cor goes well with everything so always use that as a base. Used most protein flavs ontop of vanilla cor and all taste great.

Your leg session will suffer on Monday if your training push pull over the weekend. This is alot of training that you would struggle to recover from if your training very hard, even on anabolics.

I always aimed for movement 10k minimum steps a day then build it up. I’d do more on rest days too. Steps can be done on any cardio machines too.

From a health perspective I think fasting is good, I will usually try 12hrs minimum. However, if Your goal is to get as big as possible you will need a fair amount of food and putting that amount of food in over less meals may cause more digestion issues. If you don’t plan on competing then I would opt for a more health based approach.
