Eat lots of food, train like a maniac week after week pushing yourself to places that scare you and you will build muscle. The biggest issue I see today is no one taking their training where it needs to go for progress. Everything else is spot on, I have people timing rest periods, writing in diaries, eating perfectly, supplements perfect, sleep tracked with watches, BG monitored. BUT none of this matters of you can’t take your body to its absolute limit, no amount of data can help with this. You either have this inside of you or you don’t. I’d say 5% of people have this ability.

I utilise shakes in the offseason when appetite is lower. On preps I would rather eat food so would use chicken, turkey or fish.

People hold fat in different places. Water retention or bloating can come from kidney issues. If it’s fat then once you get lean enough you will see a jawline. Or just grow a big beard.

Nothing changes unless you feel you need to pull back depending on your body composition. I find alot of people come off and stop eating and Training hard but when off diet should be just as meticulous and Training as intense as you can handle recovery wise

I will monitor bloods, BP and bfat as main factors of what adjustments i make, if your in good condition and gaining but bloods are off you will need to pull back on anabolics and possibly food if blood pressure is also high. If your bloods are good but your gaining too much bfat you will need to lower food or increase movement but you wouldnt need to adjust your cycle.

I would opt for more test then Mast or primo to avoid crashing your oestrogen. You could try 150mg test 100mg Mast or primo. Depends on how much you aromatise.

Push up done, finished at 125kg. This week I’ve added 20mins of walking taking me to around 8k steps a day. As I increase movement and reduce food I will slowly add more anabolics. This week I’ve added 300mg Bold and switched to pharma sust at 500mg per week. I expect weight to stick a little as I drop bfat and anabolics go up. I will also be adding 2iu gh 5 days a week as of next week. Training is going well, Strength moving up and enjoying training relatively pain free.

Utilise complex carbs and avoid too many sugars. Higher protein and fats will work well 1st thing. You can use carbs around training.

How old are you, what are your goals training wise? I see alot of people running trt when they don’t need to. Your injecting a hormone so there will be sides and fluctuations no matter how perfect you do it. Obviously some have no choice because their natural production is non existent but many do have the chance to return their natural levels. Its not to say this is the issue with your mood as there could be other factors.

Sugar can cause inflammation so probably didn’t help. Have you changed anything cycle wise? Unfortunately some are prone to acne and it’s very difficult to control.

I’ve had this before but I believed it to be a muscular injury over organ realated. I think as I got strong on anabolics I was moving alot more weight and after chest days I would have the sharp shooting pai occasionally and would massage the area. If you put pressure or massage the area does it ease it?

I do a pinch of salt on all meals and 2 prior training but don’t overly track it. Water wise if I drunk that much I’d be p the toilet all day. At that amount I’d imagine your body will be losing alot of water from excretion as your body will release more when you drink high amounts of water.

I’ve had the best workouts of my life using the most stressful situations of my life as motivation so I don’t believe this to be the issue. If your losing abs your eating more calories than you need, not ideal if your happy with exactly how you look and want to stay in the same place..but good if you want to progress and build more muscle as you need more food and can’t walk around with a 6pack and expect to grow muscle.
