Decent week of training, weight crept up to 126kg. Thinking this will be it but I may add a little more of something to help bump it up one more time before starting to tidy up. Body composition is not too bad. Added 20mins of extra movement this week. Nothing crazy just a start to getting things moving and help digestion. Current cycle is 400mg test and 200mg mast e. I managed to source some pharma sust so will switch to that and bump test to 500. Currently taking jp estro control 2 x a day and proviron once a day to help control estrogen as I feel it creeping a little higher than I’d like. Bloods will be done in the next few weeks and I will make any adjustments needed.

I agree with Peter here on those additions. Essentially though you will have to taper doses after time and come right down to trt or off to clean bloods up

Can’t seem to see the picture. If you have visible abs then I would slowly add cals back in if your looking to build more muscle.

Jabbing daily is a new thing. Many great bodybuilders in the past would jab 2 to 3 x per week. I personally hate jabbing so do it over 2 days or 3 max. I’ve known pro bodybuilders jab one 5ml.jab once a week just because they don’t like jabbing. Is that optimal hormone wise, no but they certainly built a ton of muscle.

There are many bodybuilders that eat one or 2 protein sources all day so you will be fine. Eggs are very versatile so you can have a little variety here.
