Haven’t experienced it for a long time. What brand are you using? I’d make sure I was running vitd plus k 2 x a day plus vitc every 4 hours and eating plenty of micronutrients whilst staying hydrated.

All anabolics from small to large doses will impact heart health. As Jordan said you could avoid it. I would just do regular blood work and an echo or ecg yearly

Likely hood is you will require 500 to 1000kcals more so do as the others have mentioned and increase as needed.

Offseason I usually tell clients to enjoy one meal off a week with family. This could be anything but ideally something that is digestible for them. Contest prep I would recommend Clean additional calories as opposed to cheat meals ir ir when needed. However, I have had clients who needed very high cal meals due to their metabolism but its pretty rare. Sometimes I may suggest a meal off if the client is stalling or mentally fatigued and I feel it will benefit them. There’s no one way it’s client dependent and a good coach will know what to implement for individual clients. I once did 4 months without a meal off but I have an endo physique that doesn’t require many cals.
