    Cook the oats and add stevia flavour drops. mix the isolate seperate with a little water into a paste, add the blueberries and pop in the freezer for 25mins. you will have two bowls of food and feels like your eating more. oats and a moose, spoon of each every mouthful.

    Just a little top up day today, filming with magiceye media for Harrys YouTube channel. Really fortunate to be working with such great videographers recently. Made another adjustment to my cycle so i will post up later.

    Ohhhh damn, it’s tightening up – grump grump Ryan coming up. Well, grumpier than usual eh?

    Beef and almond butter for one of your meals? Mmmm, my favourite. I’m assuming the nut butter is off the spoon? Guessing with your last meal you mix the whey into a paste? Currently got chocolate honeycomb flavour – divine.

    Can’t believe Big Hazza is 3 weeks out, it’s flown by! Noticed he shaved his ginger locks off too. Good move as being ginger has clearly impacted his placings previously.

    So what are the answers to the following in your check in?

    whats your veg intake?

    are you using sauces/seasonings?

    anything ‘sugar free’ at all?

    anything like ‘cauli rice’ etc?

    Its actually a little more food than i was on lol. i can survive off nothing. Yer hes looking incredible m8, going to be a front runner for sure. no sauces, no calii rice, couple of sugar free drinks.

    Jordan did a good video on 1st time cycles. just a base line test of say 250 or 300mg with aromasin will be a good start.

    CHANGES – THIS MUST NOT CHANGE AT ALL IN ANY WAY

    Diet
    Training day – SAME ON ALL DAYS FROM NOW
    Meal 1: 200g wild salmon, 5g coconut oil
    pre – 40g rice flakes, 50g blueberries, 60g isolate
    Pre: Prepare
    During: 40g Sustain, 3 scoops MPS max
    Post: 250g tuna ( Springwater not brine ) , 5 rice cakes and 50g cocopops with almond milk
    Meal: 250g chicken/turkey breast, 8g extra virgin/mac oil, 200g pineapple
    Meal 5: 250g beef mince 5% fat. Green veg. 20g almond butter.
    Meal 6: 50g pro from iso, 10g coconut oil

    Non training days:
    Meal 1: 200g wild salmon, 5g coconut oil
    Meal 2: 50g pro from iso, 35g rice flakes
    Meal 3: 250g tuna, 5 rice cakes
    Meal 4: 250g chicken/turkey breast, 5 rice cakes
    Meal 5: 250g 5% fat beef
    Meal 6: 50g pro from iso, 10g coconut oil

    Push day today, today’s push was focused on shoulders with a little chest top up. Harry is currently 3 weeks out but we’re still pushing each session. Got some adjustments over from Jordan which i will post up now.

    Exactly as above minor changes weekly, i try not to reduce cals unless i really have to, i like step counting on occasion as it makes you a little more active.

    Depends on your reaction to it. I found it makes me lethargic but I’m super laid back and naturally lazy. If your super energetic and struggle to switch off Its ideal. I use cbd oil now and find that works well.

    Lots of inaccurate results come from medichecks, I think youth pharmacy revisited is slightly more accurate. I’m starting to think these online companies are a inaccurate, think il invest in a Nuffield test next time, on site so you know there’s no damage to the samples.

    All of the above, Like Mark said run some health supps to reduce damage. I went upto 30mg, makes me feel like shit and shake like a shitting dog for some reason but certainly works.
