    Push day with a shoulder focus and a top up on arms. I tend to only do top ups on arms as they are a strong point for me and don’t see the benefit of smashing them for hours. When i reduced the time i spent on my arms they actually grew more. The magic of bodybuilding that sometimes less is more. Weight at 113kg.3 currently, some pics from today attached. We are adding on 300mg of trenE this week so changes should come quickly now.

    yep it sucks but Its a must, you can’t maintain the same fullness on a cruise than when on a push phase. If you increased cals you may just put on more b.fat. You could increase carbs a little around training if your feeling flat from low glycogen stores.

    yes m8 3ml per shot, saves me jabbing all the time. I don’t have any issues doing npp just 2 x per week.

    How do you split your jabs up ? Do you do the NPP 3x a week ?

    hey m8, i only jab 2 x per week. 400mg npp is 2 ml. i try to jab as little as possible but sometimes closer to a show i will have to jab more.

    Wotti is more experienced using these compounds so i would go with his advice. I’m not a fan of mixed esters but everyone reacts differently to certain compounds. That is alot of pinning. Ive used insulin pins (1ml) into lean tissue before as that leaves no scar tissue.

    Its only slightly raised. Can change due to stress, cortisol levels. Who knows what was in that product you where taking. Don’t think its its anything to be too concerned about, Dean may be able to evaluate further. Run a re.check in another 6.to 8 weeks.

    Diet
    Training day

    1st thing, 10g L glutamine, greens powder, 1000mg vit C, 5ml Glutathione.

    Meal 1: 240g (raw weight) wild salmon or beef 5% less.

    Meal 2
    40g rice flakes, 50g blueberries, 60g isolate, 5g coconut oil.

    Pre: Prepare

    During:
    25g Sustain
    2 scoops MPS max

    Post: 250g (raw weight) fish. Usually tuna fillets. 40g carbs from rice cakes or coco pops. + 40g carbs on back and leg days
    Supps 4 x Halcyon

    Meal 4: 250g (raw weight) tuna or half wild salmon half tuna fillets. 30g carbs from rice cakes (6).
    Supps: omega 3 tb.

    Meal 5: 250g (raw weight) wild salmon or beef mince 5% fat. Green veg. 20g almond butter.

    Meal 6: 50g iso, 10g dark chocolate

    Non training days:
    1st thing, 10g L glutamine, greens powder, 1000mg vit C, 5ml Glutathione.

    Meal 1: 120g (raw weight) wild salmon. (4.2g fat per 120g). 20g almond butter

    Meal 2:
    60g iso, 30g almond butter

    Meal 3:
    250g (raw weight) fish. Usually tuna fillets. 30g almond butter or nuts.

    Meal 4: 250g (raw weight) tuna or half wild salmon half tuna fillets plus greens. 20g nuts.
    Supps: omega 3 tb.

    Meal 5: 250g (raw weight) wild salmon or beef mince 5% fat. Green veg. 20g almond butter.

    Meal 6: 50g iso, 10g dark choc

    Cycle:
    0.5 Aromasin / day
    500mg test e
    400mg npp
    300mg mast e
    3iu gh daily

    Hey, i would just do 200mg of npp with 125mg of Omn two times per week. I would personally just use a slow ester test but thats cos i hate jabbing. AI wise aromasin initially. Health supps are good ????.
