I get the exact same problem, i have a low carb approach all year round which means my sensitivity is high. Some great advice above for this.

Decent pull session today, again opted for some higer reps than usual, really felt the effect after doing lower reps for so long. Checking in today to see where we’re at. Will post pics and full diet and drug protocol tomorrow.

I personally don’t like this approach as it can tempt people to eat rubbish. Although you may meet your calories it doesn’t account for how the type of food your eating will impact your body. Too many sugary foods will continuously impact insulin release, constantly spiking these levels will lead to fatigue, decreased sensitivity and increased risk of gaining bfat. Perhaps for the average person It is suitable but in bodybuilding we use food as a Performance and recovery enhancer and manipulating GIs in food can be very useful.

Good push session today, opted to push reps up a little and reduce weight slightly. Hoping to build my reps and bring the weight back up slowly so i have more reps at a decent weight.

I would say a good 5 years of natural training before even considering steroids. However, you’ve done it so now the best way to educate yourself on PCT is to watch Deans PCT video. Start getting yourself into a good habit of research and blood work. Ask away on here, you will get people’s honest opinion which can make you feel abit silly at times but none of us know everything, we have all started relatively clueless, we all need to learn and you have a platform like this which we didn’t have years ago. Post your blood work up and we may he able to help you on your next cycle once you have run a full PCT.

Rest day and a trip to the 2bros qualifier today. Strange show, you had some that look like they’ve just walked off the streets and others of extremely high level. My pick for the classic British championship and pro card is between Ryan and John. Both incredible in their own right. John took the win today, his posing was superb. The only guy who could get in the way of these two is Owen Powell but i don’t think he’s competing this yr. Still with one more qualifier to go you just never know who may turn up. Bodybuilding was pretty quiet, no one who stood out as a contender for the pro card. I think Harry, Moody, Rob Taylor are front runners but again you never know whos in the last qualifier. Whatever happens they will all have more chances for the pro card at the UK AO a few weeks after. back to a full weeks training tomorrow. Finally had a solid poo. whoop whoop

As Haider says your choice of fast carbs, slow, fats etc will be based around training. Post workout you want something that gets digested quickly and easily. Pre bed you would want slower options, It’s all about utilising the glycemic index.

I personally wouldn’t use orange juice. Maybe sugar free cordial for flavour or cyclic Detrose for the easy digesting carb source.
