I personally wouldn’t use orange juice. Maybe sugar free cordial for flavour or cyclic Detrose for the easy digesting carb source.

I would get someone who can look over technique just to make sure everything is spot on. Then foam roller work, deep tissue work is super important, stretching etc. All the boring stuff just to try and manage chronic back pain.

I personally get around 150g protein from shakes and another 150g from meat sources. I find keeping meals small and using shakes really helps to keep my stomach small. Particularly when you add core work and vacuums.

that‘s a superb way of thinking man ???? I still don‘t like to consume half half but as you said keep the meals smaller and denser to keep the waist tight is a must in the classic divison ???? thanks for your input ryan????????????
Yer Its something i can get away with as i put on weight very easily, it may not be the best thing for a hard gainer.

No one prep is the same unfortunately, new muscle tissue, age and hormonal changes, fat distribution all changes as years go by. You can have a rough idea but ultimately you will need to adjust as you go and if she’s still holding fat in certain areas a further push is needed and she may have to work even harder than previous preps.

Just when you get into your stride, body always finds a way to say fack you! Sounds like an unscheduled deload this week… um, you’re probably having several unscheduled deloads by the sounds of it haha.

Had this discussion many times, but no point in fighting the illness. Why string it out and stress your body further? It’s priority is to recover from this bug, not to lay down new tissue. Sure you’ll lose 1000% of your muscle having the week off, but oh well.

Make sure you don’t be bringing that bug in the gym ya hear!?

Veggie Sushi sounds wrong. Duck can do one.. I can do chicken though! (Is chicken sushi a thing? I thought it was all fishy stuff)

salmon sushi all day, then tuna, then maybe duck. Not really anywhere decent, i usually get some waitrose sushi as that’s nice. I think thai is my favourite now, beef pad thai, however, a good roast is almost unbeatable.

still no training for me. This bug has beaten the crap out of me. Digestion slowly improving, got some activated charcoal today to help with it. Energy levels are very low and can’t see me lifting any weights this week which sucks. Still the body tells is when to rest and i don’t have a choice but to listen.

Depends on the era, late 80s 90s for sure. They did look different earlier on because of less drugs but thats not to say they wouldn’t have done everything possible available to them. A lot of people think they chose not to do all the drugs but you can guarantee Arnold would have taken anything and everything to win lol. They only did less because they had no choice, that’s the truth, i mean look at the classic guys today, most of them have the same doses as open. Even worse is they cut weight with diuretics and load up with insulin so Its even more unhealthy lol

I think he means that regardless of what macro ratios and drug concoctions you use not everyone can look like Bumstead, Laureus, etc. The drugs and food might get you to their muscle mass or scale weight bur not their shape, structure and lines which is what defines classic.

Thanks Jeffy. I’m not saying drugs and food dont play a part in the role of building muscle. But all the drugs and food in the world can’t change your skeleton or insertion points.

I agree with Matt, the guys winning the classic class are the most gifted guys who have the tiny structures and look perfect at the weight limit. Atleast in bodybuilding you can build more tissue to hide faults where in classic your limited. Take a away the limits then.a big structured guy could come in looking full and complete like Arnold or Serge just modern versions. With the limits in place on weight the heavy structured guys are gona struggle, myself included in that.________________________________

  • Hey, test E at that dose would work, i would personally add another compound like NPP or Mast E at a low dose. Anti oes wise aromasin would do the job. Health supps wise i would use trainedbyjp Love Heart to keep LDL in check and I would say Curcumin, vit D, omega 3 and glutathione are good staple health supps to start with.

Thanks for your reply Ryan… yes I’m already utilising most of those supps already!! any reasons or benefits  of using a different ester such as cypionate?? more frequent administration obviously..
test is test buddy, your body will only recognise it as test, obviously injection frequency is down to the ester.
